Site Supervisor

We’re representing a well-established Main Contractorwith a solid track record in delivering complex commercial and residential developments across Singapore. With several new projects kicking off, we’re looking for a Construction Site Supervisor who can take charge on-site, drive progress, and ensure quality and safety every step of the way.

The Role:

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be the engine room of the construction site — coordinating day-to-day operations, supervising site staff and subcontractors, and ensuring smooth progress in line with safety, schedule, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Monitor work progress against project timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Prepare site reports and progress updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/ITE in Civil Engineering, Building, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in site supervision with a main contractor
• Good knowledge of local construction practices and safety standards
• Proactive, organised, and a team player
• Able to manage subcontractors and motivate site teams effectively
