Store Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments, ensuring materials and equipment are unloaded, stored, and documented according to company policy.
• Maintains accurate inventory records of stock issues, equipment, and materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensures proper storage and organization of materials, keeping detailed records of available stock and storage locations.
• Conducts regular inventory checks to track stock levels and availability.
• Coordinates with project sites to understand equipment and spare part requirements, arranging sourcing and delivery as needed.
• Liaises with the manager to review inventory status and plan future shipments.
• Delegates order fulfillment to staff and updates the inventory database upon processing.
• Manages logistics, including picking up items from suppliers and delivering them to project sites in a timely manner.
• Acts as the key liaison between the workshop and project sites for equipment and spare part requests, ensuring smooth communication and timely fulfillment.
• Ensures compliance with warehouse safety and inventory management procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job requirements:

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to speak and understand simple English.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management will be an advantage.
