Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing new and/or refreshing Design Guidelines
• Review designs and explore opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Engage tenants on design and fit-out matters to ensure timely store openings
• Collaborate with Centre Management and leasing teams to meet business objectives
• Support property feasibility studies and contribute to architectural enhancements
• Stay ahead of market trends and share insights with teams and tenants
• Manage and maintain property architectural drawings efficiently
• Lead tenancy design efforts in new and AEI projects
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for smooth design approvals
• Foster strong relationships with tenants and their design teams for seamless communication
• Monitor and update teams on design submissions and store opening schedules
• Play a vital role in successfully launching retail spaces with high tenant occupancy
