Why I gave 2 stars is because I asked a staff (Chinese lady with boy cut hair and a line scar between her eyes) if she have size 42 for a pair of shorts. She said “no the size is all here”. We almost walked off and not buy it but another staff (long hair, wearing like green shirt and a pony tail) asked us “how was it?” We said that we wanted to buy but no size. She said “let me check”. She went into the store room and viola! There is the size we wanted. She kindly said “please do try again” and smiled.
Now here’s the weird part, while we were paying, the previous Chinese short hair lady was the cashier. She said in Chinese to the staff who took the size 42 for us “this is new shorts. Who take for her? You Ah?” Her tone was also kinda rude and unhappy towards her colleague. Her colleague just responded “ya”.
Adidas please look into this staff with some attitude issue. I have attached my receipt with time and date stamp and the item bought with the cashier’s name - Luo Dan, probably is her. You can check the cctv too. This is unacceptable service and we were thinking maybe she was unhappy because she “reserved” it for herself? Unhappy we bought it?

We went to Adidas Store this afternoon 7th March 2021 around noon time. Service was bad, service staff was unhelpful we got to go after them to ask for their assistant. Even there was a store sale of 40% but was not informed which items were on sale and which items were not on sale. The best part of all during payment was just informed that all the items we bought were not sales items we paid in full by credit card BUT Was not ask if we are member which we totally forgotten about it. Called the store from 20:45 to 21:20 but our call was not even answered. I am really disappointed that i am loosing my points for purchasing more than $600. I am wondering if this is the reason why we Singaporean are loosing our customer services job to foreigners.

Just like other Adidas outlets in Singapore, this store, which is conveniently located in Bugis Junction at the Central of Singapore, sells a wide range of sporting goods such as sportswear, sports shoes, accessories etc. I went there on 18 May 2025 to purchase some sportswear and accessories. The shop staffs were very kind and active in assisting customers patronising the shop. Khai, the shop manager, attended to my requests promptly and answered my queries to the products, making my shopping experience smooth and pleasant. He is very kind and displayed dedication in attending to customer's requests. Will highly recommend this store for sportswear, sports shoes as well as accessories!

The staff that helped me was really helpful and even complimented my shoes with my fit. Unfortunately I didnt catch the name 😭😭
The staff at the cashier was also patient with us and explained the discount used.
When we were exiting the store, almost all the staff said thank you to us and they were all being very sweet.
Have never experienced this in any retail store before and my heart was warmed from it!

Not only that, she was very patient with me as I took a while to decide which colour to buy. She brought out all 3 colours in multiple sizes just to let me find the perfect pair.
