Bought a pair of ultraboosts, Ms Yati, the saleswoman working there, informed me about an ongoing sale they were having. Not only that, she was very patient with me as I took a while to decide which colour to buy. She brought out all 3 colours in multiple sizes just to let me find the perfect pair. She also gave her own opinions to help me decide. Excellent purchasing experience!

We went to Adidas Store this afternoon 7th March 2021 around noon time. Service was bad, service staff was unhelpful we got to go after them to ask for their assistant. Even there was a store sale of 40% but was not informed which items were on sale and which items were not on sale. The best part of all during payment was just informed that all the items we bought were not sales items we paid in full by credit card BUT Was not ask if we are member which we totally forgotten about it. Called the store from 20:45 to 21:20 but our call was not even answered. I am really disappointed that i am loosing my points for purchasing more than $600. I am wondering if this is the reason why we Singaporean are loosing our customer services job to foreigners.

Came here to browse and unexpectedly bought a pair of shorts! Why I gave 2 stars is because I asked a staff member (a Chinese lady with boy-cut hair and a line scar between her eyes) if she had size 42 for a pair of shorts. She said, "No, the size is all here." We almost walked off without buying it, but another staff member (long hair, wearing a green shirt and a ponytail) asked us, "How was it?" We said that we wanted to buy it but couldn't find our size. She said, "Let me check." She went into the storeroom and, voilà! There was the size we wanted. She kindly said, "Please do try them on," and smiled. Now here’s the weird part: while we were paying, the previous Chinese short-haired lady was the cashier. She said in Chinese to the staff member who retrieved the size 42 for us, "These are new shorts. Who took them for her? Was it you?" Her tone was also kind of rude and unhappy towards her colleague. Her colleague just responded, "Yeah." Adidas, please look into this staff member with an attitude issue. I have attached my receipt with the time and date stamp, the item purchased, and the cashier’s name – Luo Dan, who was likely her. You can check the CCTV too. This is unacceptable service. We were thinking maybe she was unhappy because she "reserved" it for herself, or perhaps she was unhappy that we bought it?

Totally enjoyed the helpfulness and excellent service rendered by Ai Ling and a female staff with blond highlights. One of the best examples of teamwork seen in the Singapore retail market.
