Would had rated 0 star if google allows, one dishonest auntie with boy-ish hair cut sold me light coloured dress that’s have stained because is the last pcs of the size i wanted she told me that it can be washed off… after 4 attempts of washing the dress the stain is still there. very disappointing & dishonest seller. i will nvr be there again. very bad experience.

Zero to minus stars if there was the option. Horrible experience! I've tried a dress today and wasn't sure about it, when I went to the dressing room to change back, the sales girl shoved me into the changing room! Yes you are reading this correctly, she literally shoved me in! And when I left the store she gave me a nasty glare. I was planning to come back with my partner for another option, that will never happen now. I will NOT be back!

This shop actually deserve 0 star but google need one star for review zzz. First google shop review goes to this shop. On 25th Nov, 5pm ish. I went to this shop and tried 5 pcs. I decided to not buy any, because none of it is to my liking. The shop staff hissed/ let out weird sound remarks at my decision of not buying any- If trying means must buy, perhaps you all can state it in your shop. Very very disappointed with the service of the shop.

Horrible customer service for its subpar quality of clothes and lacklustre design. Not to mention, overly high prices for something that could potentially be torn after 2 wears. I was in fact scolded for trying on a dress when I chose not to purchase it. If the staff continues to have such behaviour, then it really leaves me to question why there would be changing rooms in the shop? The owner needs to learn how to hire pleasant staff before they continue to operate this business as customer service is an integral part of a clothing shop, and especially so for one that lacks behind in their quality and design of clothes.

0 stars seriously. Went to the one at northpoint and received the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Staff expressed blatant annoyance and anger that I tried a few articles of clothing but did not find something I wanted to buy. Said I should not try something I didn’t like. Yeah sure, if we could all know what pieces of clothing we liked without trying them on, why do you even have fitting rooms in your shop??

Was at the bugis outlet and wanted to know the price of a dress. There wasnt any price tag and the sales assistant replied with annoyance. Tried a dress and decided that it didnt suit me. Upon returning the dress, and thank the sales person for her time, she just glared at me and ignore my presence. Super unfriendly and bad service. Will not recommend.

Wifey wanted to try on a purple dress, but her size is not available on the rack. Salesgirl refused to get her size in purple and asked her to try the white dress which was in her size. Wifey asked her so if the size in white colour fits her, can she then try on the purple one in her size. "No" was the answer. So how is my wifey supposed to know whether the purple dress suits her? "Company policy" was the reply. Looks like company policy has earned your shop many 1 star reviews.

The quality of the dresses is good, and I very happy with my purchased .Her friendly attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this branch!

I went to the store in bugis, the staff thankfully wasn't so rude like the review says haha (is it the other outlet ?) I honestly like their dresses, the fabric material is comfortable on the skin, would repurchase again. Their clothes are also available at Cheris Paya Lebar Square level 1 (near wokhey/ramburger etc) the staff is quite nice over there.
