Understaffed. Only one guy, Gavin, was there to assist. He was going between the Acer and Lenovo stores, which were opposite each other. However, he worked really hard to explain everything clearly and kept his speedy and friendly demeanor. He knew the products well and was also extremely patient in answering all my questions. I eventually bought a laptop as he made it so easy! He even helped me set up and provided clear instructions on how to register for the warranty. All done in 15 minutes. 👍👍👍
