The food was ok, but the service was really bad. I came to the restaurant, and they kept me waiting for a while. They then served a couple, including a white guy, who came after me, while my plate was delayed. The waitress also kept going to him, asking if he needed anything, while we were being ignored. The rudeness and racism are unbearable.

Sub-standard food, poor customer service, and even worse post-service recovery. Please do not think about stepping in for a meal.
I ordered a vegetable soup-based ramen, and it did not meet my expectations. I asked for a soup change, but I was bluntly rejected. Not wanting to create a scene, I asked for a scoop of miso to mix into my ramen to make it more palatable. That was rejected once again. It was only when I rejected my order that my ramen was snatched away from my table, and I was asked, "So what do you want to order?" in an unwilling tone by what I can assume to be the person in charge of the outlet that day. Feedback was submitted, but no response or apologies have been made for the past 10 days. I think that shop space in Bugis Junction could do with a more decent restaurant.

The food was very bad. I found a string of hair on the chicken, and the rude waiter said it was 'just chicken hair'.
The waiter expected us to eat with our hands and was rude. The waiter said $35 was to include service charge and GST, but it ended up being $40++.
Overall, the experience was not good, and I will not go back for the low-quality food.

One of the worst places that we have been…
Amazingly, this place has survived for at least 5 years, even post-COVID times.
Staff refused our request to sit near the balcony, where we might possibly look over into the first floor, claiming that the area was not open. We were then shown to a corner where every table was taken up. Ordering was fuss-free as iPads were utilised. However, the menu photos were blurry and poorly taken, and looking at the photos, there seemed to be more of a promise of substandard food, which indeed was realised.
Udon in soup came hot, but a half slice of cheese was simply slapped on the chicken cutlet, so there you have the miso cheese chicken cutlet in its entirety. The cheese was also from the chiller, more suited to a sandwich item than to a hot udon soup item.
For the Pork Cutlet Omu Rice, most of it was served cold, including the limp fries.
A side of Ebi Fries was served with just a drop of mayonnaise. Even a takeaway outlet (different brand) serving yakitori with ebi prawn as one of its offerings, is able to provide more mayonnaise without question.
It's a pity the restaurant hasn't done anything to improve the overall experience, and it reflects badly on the mall management too for accepting a tenant just because it could and will continue to pay the rent.
We couldn't get out of the place fast enough, and we definitely won't be back again.

The taste is too salty! The price is too expensive, but two male waiters are quite good-looking. 😂 I'm not sure, though, because they are wearing masks.

They charged me 50 cents for takeaway, yet still charged a 10% service charge.
The food was good, but that's beside the point. The ramen was terrible quality at this price point. It tasted like instant noodles and was so salty.

The chicken cutlet and Shabu ramen were too salty. Thanks.

First and last time for this restaurant. Bad service from the lady waitress.
I was shorted one piece of gyoza, receiving four instead of five. Shouldn't I have been able to request the missing piece? And when she served the food, she just threw the plate on the table without a word. What kind of service is that? I'm not begging for anything free! Is the chef short one piece on the plate?

Here's the edited review:
"Fried rice lunch set is salty. Salmon is overcooked and dry. Pork Shabu Ramen has a very strong smell and taste🤮
The only edible dish was the Gyoza. Unfortunately.
There wasn't a large crowd during the busy lunch hour, therefore we selected this store, but contrary to our expectations, their food tasted awful.
Some prices shown on their menu aren't updated as well. When we approached Jason, the explanation wasn't clear either. The whole experience at the store was a nightmare. Food was terrible, and the worst part was the lady who was very rude (Txxx - couldn't see her name tag clearly, had a ponytail, and no glasses). There were still customers around, and each time she was clearing the table, she either banged things or roughly pushed and adjusted the chairs and tables."

Personal View
Pizza: So-so (2.3/5); Price: 2/5.
Noodle: Better than pizza. I chose the one with volcano. 😊
Atmosphere: Worse than a hawker centre. Suggestion: Eat and leave ASAP. 🙏🏽
