Had good service here from 2 different staff (younger woman and older man) before, but different staff now. I bought a case for my Samsung Galaxy A52 2 years ago. Then, I bought a front case for my Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra. That worked well. Then, I bought a camera case here that cracked. I came here and then bought a new camera case a few weeks ago. One of the 5 camera case lenses came off. I still had the fallen case lens, so I asked if they could help put it on. The current lady is unfriendly and claims my camera case is very old, even though it is just a few weeks old. I used to patronize this shop, but I will not come here again. 5 stars for the previous service, and 0 for the most recent. An attached receipt shows the purchase is just 1 month old (15 April 2023; subsequent visit 18 May 2023).

Bought an iPhone case and lens protector here. There was a wide selection of cases with nice designs at different price points. They had a greater range of options than some of the other phone shops in Bugis Junction. Service was good too.

Following earlier reviews, I found Casing Hub. I identified the 'tall lady' mentioned in the reviews, and her service was indeed excellent. She helped guide me to purchase a screen protector for my iPad and camera shielding for my S23 Ultra. She didn't navigate me to the priciest items; she was quite genuine and guided me based on my use-case requirements. She also applied my purchased products well! Very satisfied, 100% recommend.

Sharing my personal experience here on a recent visit to Casing Hub. I have only good things to say about our visit there on Saturday afternoon.
We were shopping around for a good-quality screen protector for our phones and decided to visit this shop. After getting some recommendations and reading very positive reviews about Casing Hub, we decided to give them a try. We were introduced to a few different brands of screen protectors by Miss Kim. Her customer service was excellent, without being pushy for sales. She made good recommendations and explained the price differences well. We continued to browse through the products, and Miss Christine came over to assist us as Kim was serving another customer.
Christine was also very helpful, as she patiently explained the different brands and the plus points for the brand AmazingThings. We eventually decided to get what Christine recommended, and she was absolutely skillful with the screen protector application for both our phones. All the positive feedback about her expertise is absolutely true.
Even though the store was crowded, both Christine and Kim were very patient and helpful towards all the customers. Such awesome customer support definitely needs to be recognized!
Kudos once again to Christine and Kim for their dedication and customer care. Casing Hub certainly deserves two thumbs up!

Simmon, the owner, provided excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing. I got my new iPhone cover, screen protection, lens protection, and my Apple Watch cover from there on several occasions. If you don't want to get ripped off or order online products that don't fit, go to Simmon.
