Had good service here from 2 different staff (younger woman and older man) before but different staff now. Bought a case for my samsung galaxy A52 2 years ago. Then, bought a front case for my samsung galaxy 22 ultra. That worked well. Then bought a camera case here that cracked. I came here and then bought a new camera case a few weeks ago. One of the 5 camera case lenses came off. I still had the fallen case lense so I asked if they can help put it on. The current lady is unfriendly and claims my camera case is very old eventhough it is just a few weeks old. I use to patronize this shop but will not come here again. 5 stars for the previous service and 0 for the most recent.

was shopping around for a good quality screen protector for our phones and decided to come by this shop. after getting some recommendations and reading very positive reviews on Casing Hub, we made the decision to give them a try. we were introduced to a few different brands of screen protectors by Miss Kim…her customer service was excellent without being pushy for sales. she made good recommendations and explained the price differences well. we continued to browse through the products and Miss Christine came over to assist us as Kim was serving another customer.
Christine was also very helpful as she patiently explained the different brands and the plus points for this brand AmazingThings. we eventually made the decision to get what Christine recommended and she was absolutely skilful with the screen protector application for both our phones. all the positive feedback on her experience is absolutely true.
even though the store is crowded, both Christine & Kim were very patient and helpful towards all the customers who were there. such awesome customer support definitely needs to be made known!
