Walk in on a weekend afternoon and waiting time is less than one minute to be seated. Ordered the Tsubaki set at $20.30++, Cold Zaru Soba at $6++, Cold Tamago with Mentaiko sauce at $2.50++, Avocado and Soft Shell Crab roll at $6.50++, Mushroom and Spicy Pork Mini Rice at $6++, Deep Fried Sweet Potato at $5.60++. Cold green tea is refillable at $1.50++. All the food is nice but only the Soba is abit soggy. Customer Service is good as the green tea is automatically refilled all the time by the service staff. Overall experience is pleasant as nice and cozy ambience and very clean environment.

Was searching some casual Japanese food and stumbled upon here. Surprisingly, this place serves Authentic Japanese food and its really fresh and delicious. Roasted Salmon sushi was amazing and reminds me of the ones I had in Japan. Service was alright as they were quite busy. Ambience nothing to brag about. But value is worth it, will revisit in future! Oh and please take note that peak hours can have long queue.

Pros The hotpot is quite good, able to refill soup once. 5/5 Eel with sweet shrimp and salmon giant mini rice is quite good, the shrimp is sweet. Now have promo for 8 dollars instead of 12, 5/5 Cons: As other commentors said, the service is quite slow, so must order what you want fast and then seperate order other food. They forgot my dessert so have to wait 22 minutes until reminded. The staff all wiping tables and then I wait long long for a desert. Wth??? It's from the freezer, even other outlets within 10 minutes would give us. Told the waiter and then the waiter then brought the dessert 5 minutes later. Service damn slow and then forget the order. 1/5. The desert is OK nothing special. 2/5 The udon is mid, very less meat, just salty broth not worth 17 dollars incl gst. 2/5. The salmon and spicy salmon rice is not worth, too small compared to the eel shrimp salmon rice. Salmon only 3 mini pieces... 1/5 because too small, rather order the 8 dollar giant mini rice with same spicy salmon that is thrice the size. The foegras roll is damn small, and can barely taste the meat, but quite sweet. Just eat for fun, so 3/5. Prob would come back to order different things if got member, but must order fast. Also recommend just ordering the hotpot and eel sweet shrimp rice.

The sushi was delicate and delicious. However, the tempura could have been crispier—it was a bit soggy, although it wasn't oily, which was a plus. The service was good overall, with the short-haired older lady being particularly attentive. On the other hand, the ponytail server wasn't as responsive. The slow replenishing of beverages was a bit of a downside, but overall, the dining experience was enjoyable.

The sushi and sashimi we ordered was fresh and tasty. We ordered all a la carte which can be a bit pricey but you do get what you paid for.

We managed to walk in on a Friday night, and there were plenty of seats available which was interesting considering the long queues this place had before. There is an extensive selection of food here in their menu which makes it hard to pick what to choose. But thankfully most items tasted good! The limited promotion items ($1.20 sushi) are capped at 2 per pax, and offers extremely good value even tho the salmon is thinly sliced. Good service by the staff members overall! Think the cooked fishes are a great value for the prices!

Got 🍣 Time? Was a regular in HK so well pleased to visit both outlets at Bugis & Ion, few days apart. Food is as good as the memory serves, just one fave item that’s dearly missed from the current menu - Cheese Tobiko Gunkan. Iconic piece, hope for a comeback in future🤞🏻

Located in Bugis Junction basement, it is a go-to eatery if you want quality sushi and Japanese food. They have good range of food options from different types of cooked, raw sushi, rice sets and noodle sets to choose from. Service is fast and friendly.

Reasonably priced Japanese food at a decent quality. Came here with wife and 12yo daughter. Had a couple of rolls, salmon sushi, an udon set. Service was prompt and polite, food was yummy, place was quite quiet on a Wednesday afternoon. We came hungry and left happy and full. Total came up to $70+.

Half empty on weekday 12.30pm, booth table assigned to us 3pax, server quite nice to give us such a comfortable seat. Service was brisk and great, not warm but more than adequate. Food was good - must get the salmon roll under creative roll, and the raw salmon sushi. New lunch set was pretty good, decent serving of quality soba in dashi soup, chawanmushi, assorted raw sushi, and tempura was fresh. Current promo sgd2 chicken karaage (abt 7 small pcs) with min spending of sgd30. Can also choose sgd2 2x rolls (lobster curry n spicy salmon), the lobster curry roll isn't spicy. Will be back at this excellent outlet.

What I ordered: Sashimi 6 kinds - 10/10! (All of them were so fresh especially the chutoro and uni!) Mapo tofu - 8/10 (Very generous with the portion, good ratio of meat and tofu. The spicyness was just right) Ikura sushi - 10/10 (Burst of umami!) Mini uni and ikura don - 10/10!! (This one was my favourate because every bite was really addicting)

Used to have long queue. Now the wait time is much shorter. This is the restaurant we choose to go whenever we want a light dinner, cos there are many small portion dishes to choose from. Food wise, very fresh and tasty sushi and dishes. Sweet potatoes are very crispy. Never fail to order whenever we are there. Service is good. However, the place is a bit cramp. Tables are quite close to one another. The overall dinning experience has always been pleasant. Very satisying.

The restaurant was half empty on a weekday at 12:30 PM. A booth table was assigned to our party of 3, and the server was quite nice to give us such a comfortable seat. Service was brisk and great, not warm, but more than adequate. The food was good: I highly recommend the salmon roll (under 'creative rolls') and the raw salmon sushi. The new lunch set was pretty good; it included a decent serving of quality soba in dashi soup, chawanmushi, assorted raw sushi, and fresh tempura. There's a current promotion for SGD2 chicken karaage (about 7 small pieces) with a minimum spending of SGD30. You can also choose two SGD2 rolls (lobster curry and spicy salmon); the lobster curry roll isn't spicy. We will be back at this excellent outlet.

**Pros** The hotpot is quite good; the soup is refillable once. 5/5 The Eel with Sweet Shrimp and Salmon Giant Mini Rice is quite good, and the shrimp is sweet. It's currently on promotion for $8 (originally $12). 5/5 **Cons** As other commenters said, the service is quite slow, so it's best to order what you want quickly and then place separate orders for additional food. They forgot my dessert, so I had to wait 22 minutes before reminding them. The staff were all wiping tables, and I waited a very long time for a dessert. What the heck??? It's from the freezer; even other outlets would serve it within 10 minutes. I told the waiter, and he brought the dessert 5 minutes later. The service was incredibly slow, and they forgot my order. 1/5. The dessert is okay, but nothing special. 2/5. The udon is mediocre, with very little meat, just salty broth, and not worth $17 (including GST). 2/5. The Salmon and Spicy Salmon Rice is not worth the price; it's too small compared to the Eel, Shrimp, and Salmon Rice. Only 3 mini pieces of salmon... 1/5 because it's too small; I'd rather order the $8 'giant mini rice' with the same spicy salmon, which is thrice the size. The Foie Gras Roll is extremely small, and I could barely taste the foie gras, but it was quite sweet. It's more for novelty than taste, so 3/5. I'd probably come back to order different things if I become a member, but I'd have to order quickly. I'd also recommend just ordering the hotpot and the Eel with Sweet Shrimp Rice.
