Subway at Bugis Junction delivers the global sandwich chain's commitment to fresh, customizable dining in the heart of Singapore's bustling shopping district, serving halal-certified subs, wraps, and salads made fresh before your eyes. Located at #B1-25A in the basement level of Bugis Junction, this strategically positioned outlet provides convenient access for shoppers and office workers seeking healthy, personalized meal options that emphasize quality ingredients and individual preferences over mass-produced fast food alternatives.
The menu features freshly baked bread prepared daily, crisp vegetables, and a comprehensive selection of proteins and toppings that allow customers to create their perfect meal, from classic favorites like the Italian BMT and Meatball Marinara to healthier options such as the Veggie Delite and Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. With A La Carte options starting at $6.20 for 6-inch subs and extending to 12-inch options, wraps, and salads, the restaurant accommodates various appetite levels and dietary preferences, while signature items like the Pizza Melt and NYC Beef Meatballs Supreme showcase their creative approach to sandwich crafting.
Operating daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Subway Bugis Junction serves both dine-in customers and those seeking convenient takeaway options, with foodpanda delivery service extending their reach throughout Singapore. The restaurant's halal certification ensures accessibility for Muslim diners, while their emphasis on transparency - with meals prepared in full view of customers - reinforces their commitment to freshness and quality that has made Subway a trusted choice for quick, satisfying meals in Singapore's competitive food landscape.
Low hygiene! The cashier passed me my cup by touching the inner of cup (the drinking part where our mouth touch the cup) with his fingers. I thought fast food cups should be placed upside down, so when the cashier takes a cup, they are touching the hand holding area and not the mouth drinking area. It's shocking how long this Subway is around and this is the way they operate??

Nice food but my concern is that there was a fly near the egg mayo

Sad little pathetic food with only 2 stripes of chicken bacon, forced customers to buy a meal with extra cookies and sugary drinks. I had tried and bought subway in multiple countries before. In any other country I actually allowed to buy only the sub without the extra sugary cookie and drink. This is also the smallest, thinnest and lightest subway I received.
No wonder the place is deserted. Won't return again.

1st dine-in at this outlet located below d escalator. Dress well to dine here yah. 1st impression: aiyoh, v stingy leh... 1 portion of corn: less than 10 corn kernels -1 #seriously
Top up for waffle crisp to make it a meal. Waffle crisp came soft n soggy. Yucks. Yet it's freshly-prep? coz we waited minutes for it... -1
Double cheese steak is worth a try. It's so much better than roasted beef. Enjoyed my egg mayo as well $6.80 for a meal with cookie is yumz.

Bought the spicy beef taco set
Portion was very little.
It's only one scoop and yet never really put the full one scoop into the bread.

Not too bad after not having subway for years as standards drop but still quite alright had the cold cut trio and 2 cookies not too too bad. Service was not too bad and rather friendly

sorry but why does my $3.90 waffle fries look so sad? it’s so expensive and the portion they gave me is so little!! the waffle fries tasted so bland and soggy. But at least the bread was nice i guess

The location is convinient and easy access. This outlet doesn't have a big space. But the seating facility is available.I'm not happy with the customer service. They seems to be careless.

We were given empty cups for drink, which I thought it was free refill. So I tried 2 half cups of different flavors of coke. When I filled the second time, the cashier shouted to me that I have to pay $1.5, so I paid him $1.5. Instead he asked me to pay $3 because I refilled twice. I felt trapped, he should have told me when I refilled the first time.

This was my first dine-in at this outlet, located below the escalator. Dress well to dine here.
My first impression: very stingy. For example, one portion of corn had less than 10 kernels – seriously disappointing.
I topped up for the waffle crisp to make it a meal. However, the waffle crisp came soft and soggy. Yuck! It was supposedly freshly prepared, but we waited minutes for it, which was disappointing.

The menu seems a bit different from other stores—though maybe it’s just been a while since I had Subway. I tried the Avo Caesar Chicken this time; it was okay, but just a heads-up that the vegetables are fixed and can’t be customized.

Small subway branch located in Bugis Junction level 1 next to escalator. Went here on weekday lunch time, not so crowded, even though the queue quite long but it was moving fast. Staff serve fast and good. Many options of bread, meat and fresh veggie. The portion is big if you add cookkies, can share among 2 person. the food consider healthy food. The price is not cheap, but sometimes there is promotion. Recommended when you are looking for big portion meal and healthy!

This is a halal fast food. We can choose the bread, filling, and topping. I was choose garlic bread with smoked turkey, letuce, olive, and honey mustard sauce. It’s sooo delicious. You can choose one full bread if you really hungry. They served you quickly, so don’t worry with the long line.
