We sre frequent patrons of soup spoon at Clark Quay, The Central This particular visit at Bigis outlet The food is unpleasant. Tokyo Style Chicken Stew has a foul smell and very watery. Maybe end of the day they added water or leave over the whole day. We will avoid this outlet again.

Ordered a kale salad here. Shocked to learn that there’s a huge amount of oil at the bottom of the bowl as I was finishing my bowl. Way too enthusiastic on that dressing!

The sandwich is getting smaller and smaller and the filling is getting lesser and lesser but pricing is keep increasing. The tuna sandwich now become just a thin spread for the sandwich and eat nothing. Really not worth for a meals now.

Both staff ignored me when I asked for pepper for my takeaway order. Despite direct eye contact and repeated requests. It’s like I’m not there. Everyone else around me who are waiting for their orders heard me. Honestly if they feel that miserable working there, maybe they shouldn’t. Terrible service.

Comfort food when sick. Mushroom soup was as delicious as other outlets. Falafel seemed a little dried. The staff were nice and helpful, even asking whether we had Passion/NTUC membership. Outlet is smaller compared to the others, so it can be difficult to find seats during rush hours.

Tried the soulful vegan chilli with quinoa. It was so, so thick. It tasted more like a thick curry rather than a soup; moreover, the kidney beans need to be cooked more. Won't recommend.

Was looking for some healthy food options after shopping and was thrilled to see Soup Spoon place. Their Beef Goulash is amazing! By far my favorite one. It always has a very generous amount of beef in there. Was hoping to get pineapple sandwich but there was none left so opt for tuna mayo sandwich. It's a bit messy but tastes good. The greenery there is the most annoying bit. Keeps falling out oooor gets stuck in the bun and with every bite it pulls all the fillings along. Be prepared for some pulling and tugging with this one 😁

First try on the soup spoon. Ordered half-half set ($9.9) which comes in 2 small bowls of soup and one bread. Pumpkin soup were nicely spiced (with black pepper perhaps) and the 🌶️ paste on the Clam chowder was SUPERB 🌟 Got samples for Bhutanese Beef Radish and Mushroom Stew 🍲 but it was meh(and doesn't taste spicy)

Very nice place, a little pricey for soups, but it was a really good experience. I could repeat here easily. Why no 5 ⭐️? Because soups lack of flavor, you need to add salt and pepper to make it nicer, which is not a bad choice, just my review is based on how it comes directly from the kitchen so you can take it as true, no add ons. Please go and try it.
