Was there to purchase a gift for an event and I have to 2 thumbs up for Jezer Han (headphones session) πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» Although he was from different brand but he is not only generous with product information & knowledge sharing, he is genuinely giving suggestions to what you need instead of hard selling. Thank you Jezer! Keep up the good work and your smile too πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ«ΆπŸ»

My HP PC of 2019, which i bought from Challenger, started to act up due to a repeated battery and of-late motherboard failure. Anthony Ee at the Bugis flagship helped me test and confirm its demise. Patiently, he showed me the latest, fastest and value-for-money options for my decision. He helped me transfer my data over (with his own tools), configure and got it going, ready for my Zoom online courses. In addition, he helped me install my purchased Office software, paired my headset and syn-ed my chat app. Anthony has been instrumental in saving me hours of PC set-up and heartaches, what i'd do once in a while vs what Anthony does daily. The WOW customer service cannot be replaced by AI nor online support! I'd choose a human touch, anytime! THANK YOU, Anthony!

Had difficulty to find the location. Saw the address was located at B1 but couldn't find it because it was located at the other side to enter from swensen / pop mart side at the bugis walk, not the one linked to MRT station from B1. Went to customer service, it was quick service there.

Here’s a 5 stars to Tom, who initiated the product discussion when I was browsing the Garmin watches. He was able to balance the different brands, functions, and budget I was looking at and gave sound recommendations. I ended up walking away with a Garmin watch on my wrist that is all set up and ready for use. Thanks!

Had difficulty finding the location. The address stated B1, but I couldn't find it as it was on the other side, accessible from the Swensen/Pop Mart area at Bugis Walk, not the B1 entrance linked to the MRT station. I went to customer service, and the service was quick.
