I wanted to try on clothes, and an employee just snatched one of the clothes away, saying I couldn't try it on. Then she threw another item to me. While I was trying the clothes on, she kept saying, "Does it fit? Does it fit?" Why is she so impatient!?!?! And she nearly opened the fitting room that I was in. WTH! Then I tried on another item, but it didn't fit. I gave her the clothes back with the hanger, and she just snatched it from me, then continued using her phone. Such bad customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars, lol.

Very unfriendly seller. She had an unhappy face and sarcastic tone. I wanted to try another color to see if it would suit me. She asked me to try the one on the rack, even though I wanted a different color. She wouldn't take out the stock unless I could confirm the size would fit. Sellers should be accommodating to customers.

Bugis outlet. First and will be my last purchase. On January 25, 2022, at about 7 PM, I spent more than $100 and was definitely not pleased at all. 1. The service staff was rude, eavesdropped on my private conversation, and interrupted during decision-making. 2. I am okay with them recommending the right size, but her delivery could have been better. Thankfully, I'm not offended by her way of saying I'm fat and will not fit, because I know I am and I took all the largest sizes. Her size recommendation was pretty accurate, though, so I listened. 3. She was very unwilling to work/serve and provide options for sizes and colors when requested, even though she was free. It's a "take it or leave it" attitude. No size, no color? Don't try, don't buy. Or just buy the current one you try, even though it's not nice, because she didn't want to go in and take different colors for the customer to try. 4. A good thing is that they did increase the sizes; last time, it was only for skinny people, but now some designs cater for chubby and slight plus sizes.

Horrible service, worst product quality. Picked 2 shirts from a rack that had no 'no trying' sign, unlike other racks that did. Went to try them on, then took another 2 shirts from the same rack to try on. Before trying them on again, an auntie staff member with a low bun said in Chinese: "Actually, these are not for trying, but I don't know what's wrong with me today; I let you try. So, hurry up and try; stop coming out and showing your friend." 1. There was no indication that these clothes were not for trying. 2. There were 3 cubicles, one was unoccupied, and only 2-3 customers were present the whole time I was there. Was there an issue with me trying clothes for 5-10 minutes? 3. What was with the condescending attitude? Bought 2 tops for 50 bucks, went home and hand-washed them in cold water. The Colour immediately faded. Amazing quality. I'm not sure how they can operate a business with products of such poor quality and with staff with such an attitude.

At Paya Lebar Quarter, the lady staff was not friendly at all. I went there to buy a dress. It stated "rack sale" at $25, and I even asked the lady to confirm it was $25, and she said yes. I couldn't try on the dress, even though there was a changing room available. Nevertheless, I bought the dress. After walking around for a bit, I realized she had given me the wrong dress. I went back to the store to ask for an exchange and literally saw someone trying on the dress. But why couldn't I do that? She ended up telling me the dress was not $25 but over $40 (I don't remember the exact amount). At that point, I asked for my money back because I wasn't willing to pay more for the dress, and it wasn't my fault to begin with. She gave me a "black face" (an angry look), telling me I couldn't get my money back. She even dared to accuse me of lying to her. She accused me of taking the dress from a shelf behind, not from the "sale" rack. When I dared her to check the CCTV, she refused. She then proceeded to give me the correct dress with a very bad attitude. She didn't even bother to give me back the plastic bag. Shaking my head. It was literally a nightmare.

The clothes are nice, but the service is pathetic! The salesperson refused to let us try on dresses we wanted for ridiculous reasons—for example, claiming the dress had elastic or not wanting us to try the same dress in a different color. This spoiled our whole experience, especially when they rolled their eyes at us as we looked at clothes to try from the rack. I don't understand why they work here or why they even allow trials if they can't even have the patience for 10 minutes of service.

Ridiculous shop that treated us with utmost disrespect. The lady was rude and would deliberately give us clothes that were not in our size ranges (Needed size S, gave me XL) because apparently "we can't fit into them". Do not go there!

Not sure if the three fitting rooms in the store are for decoration only or what. Somehow, there's a no-try-on policy implemented, and I'm not sure how we are supposed to know the clothes fit without trying first? By using our non-existent psychic powers? And it's not like the clothes are dirt cheap. My friend paid $50 for two shirts that supposedly weren't allowed to be tried on (as told off rudely by the lady at the store). Also, the original colors faded immediately after the first wash, and there were white spots magically appearing on the fabric as well. The experience at this shop was truly phenomenal, 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The owner might want to reconsider the staff she currently has. The 2 ladies at Bugis are very rude, not welcoming, and pushy. No wonder there were no customers in their store when the store across them had a lot of people. To the owner, your business is not going anywhere when you have sales people like the current ones you have.

I was a regular customer and tried to return a skirt today (May 8, 2024) that didn't fit me, but I suspect she took a picture of me as I saw her phone camera facing me. I am so offended by how the employee treated me. I asked her, "Did you just take a picture of me?" She rudely said "no," then I told her, "I always buy here." She rudely replied, "Yes, I know." I am so traumatized; I will not buy here anymore.😡
