The owner might want to reconsider the staff that she currently has. The 2 ladies at Bugis are very rude, not welcoming and pushy. No wonder there were no customers in their store when the store across them had a lot of people. To the owner, your business is not going anywhere when you have sales people like the current ones that you have.

I was a regular customer and tried to return one skirt today (8th of May 2024) that cannot fit in me but i guess she took picture of me seeing her phone cam facing me. I am so offended of how the clerk: manager/staff treated me. I told her, did you just take picture of me? She said ‘no’ rudely, then i told her, I always buy here. She said, yes i know ( rudely) wah… I am so traumatized, I will not buy here anymore😡

Not sure if the 3 fitting rooms in the store are for decoration only or what. Somehow, there's a no trying policy implemented and I'm not sure how we are supposed to know the clothes fit without trying first?? By using our non-existent psychic powers?? And it's not like the clothes are dirt cheap. My friend paid $50 for 2 shirts that supposedly wasn't allowed to be tried on (as told off rudely by the lady at the store). Also, the original colors faded off immediately after the first wash and there were white spots magically appearing on the fabric as well. The experience at this shop was truly phenomenal, 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Ridiculous shop who treated us with utmost disrespect. The lady was rude and would deliberately give us clothes that were not in our size ranges (Needed size S, gave me XL) because apparently "we can't fit into them". -Do not go there!

The clothes are nice but the service is pathetic! The sales person refused to let us try dresses we wanted for ridiculous reasons - that the dress has some elastic or that they don’t want us to try the same dress in a different colour. Spoilt our whole experience with them rolling their eyes on us looking at clothes to try from the rack. I don’t get why they work here and why they even allow for trial if they can’t even have patience for 10 mins of service.

At paya lebar quarter lady staff NOT friendly at all. Went there to buy dress, stated rack sale at $25 somemore i still ask the lady to make sure it's $25 then she proceeds yea. Can't trying the dress even there got changing room. Nvm i bough the dress, went for walk a bit then i realised, she gimme the wrong dress. Go back to store and ask for change and literally see someone trying the dress. but why i can't do that?? End up she telling me the dress not $25 but $40 over dollar smth (i dun rmbr). Then nvm i ask for my money back cuz I'm not willing to top up money for the dress also it's not my fault to begin with. She show me black face, telling me, i can't get my money back also dare to tell me that i lie to her. She accused me take the dress from the shelf behind not from "sale" rack. Until i dare her to check cctv, she dun want, then proceed to gimme the right dress with BAD ATTITUDE. Didn't even bother to give me back the plastik bag. Smh. Literally nightmare

Horrible service, worse product quality. Picked 2 shirts from a rack with no 'no trying' sign unlike the other racks with such signs. Went to try, then took another 2 shirts to try from the same rack. Before trying again, auntie staff with low bun said "actually these are not for trying, but i dont know what's wrong with me today I let you try. So faster try, stop coming out and show your friend." in chinese. 1. There's no indication that the clothes are not for trying. 2. There's 3 cubicles, 1 is unoccupied, 2-3 customers the whole time I was there. Is there an issue with me trying for 5-10mins? 3. What's up with the condescending attitude? Bought 2 tops for 50 bucks, went home and hand wash in cold water. Colour immediately faded. Amazing quality. Not sure how they can open a business with products of such quality and with staffs of such attitude.

Bugis outlet. 1st and will be my last purchase. 25th jan 22 about 7pm, spent more than $100 and definitely not pleased at all. 1. Service staff is rude, evedrops to your private conversation and interupts during decision making 2. I am ok w them recommending the right size but her delivery could have been better, thankfully im not offended by her way of saying im fat and will not fit cause i know i am and i took all the largest size. Her size recommendation is pretty accurate though so i listened. 3. Very unwilling to work/serve and provide options of sizes and colors when requested from her even though she is free. Its a take it or leave it attitude. No size no color? Dont try dont buy. Or juz buy the current one u try even though its not nice cause dont want to go in and take different color for customer to try. 4. Good thing that they did increase the sizes, last time its only for skinny people but now some designs caters for chubby and slight plus size.

Very unfriendly seller. Unhappy face and sarcastic tone.. Want to try another color to see if it will suit me. Ask me to try the one on the rack wiyh another color. She wont take out the stock unless can confirm size can fit. Seller should be accommodating to customers.

I wanted to try on clothes and this 1 employee just snatch one of the clothes away saying cannot try on then she throw another clothes to me While I was trying the clothes on she kept saying “does it fit? Extremely bad service attitude by this short hair auntie. Was trying on this cardigan and she asked "is it ok?" I replied "it's too tight" and she said "sorry lorh some people don't find it tight at all" Excuse me ? What kind of reply is that? Very nice flowery dress. The discount was good, at 2 for $30, and the price was reasonable, but the sales girl was very aggressive and pushed a lot of clothes for me to try, just like any other shops in the Bugis Junction neighbourhood.

I replied, "It's too tight," and she said, "Sorry, some people don't find it tight at all." Excuse me? What kind of reply is that? I wanted to try on clothes, and an employee just snatched one of the clothes away, saying I couldn't try it on. Then she threw another item to me. While I was trying the clothes on, she kept saying, "Does it fit? Does it fit?" Why is she so impatient!?!?! And she nearly opened the fitting room that I was in. WTH! Bugis outlet. First and will be my last purchase. On January 25, 2022, at about 7 PM, I spent more than $100 and was definitely not pleased at all. 1. At Paya Lebar Quarter, the lady staff was not friendly at all. I went there to buy a dress. It stated "rack sale" at $25, and I even asked the lady to confirm it was $25, and she said yes. I couldn't try on the dress, even though there was a changing room available. Nevertheless, I bought the dress. After walking around for a bit, I realized she had given me the wrong dress. I went back to the store to ask for an exchange and literally saw someone trying on the dress. But why couldn't I do that? She ended up telling me the dress was not $25 but over $40 (I don't remember the exact amount). At that point, I asked for my money back because I wasn't willing to pay more for the dress, and it wasn't my fault to begin with. She gave me a "black face" (an angry look), telling me I couldn't get my money back. She even dared to accuse me of lying to her. She accused me of taking the dress from a shelf behind, not from the "sale" rack. When I dared her to check the CCTV, she refused. She then proceeded to give me the correct dress with a very bad attitude. She didn't even bother to give me back the plastic bag. Shaking my head. It was literally a nightmare.
