Nice place, I don’t think it’s cheap as brought one small dress for $40.00. There was a slight rip on the waist band, I told the cashier as wasn’t any of my sizes left and wasn’t offered discount or anything.

Went to the Bugis outlet on 24/11 and wanted to try a few items at the fitting room before purchasing. The malay girl with olive green top that was mending the fitting room, has the WORST customer service attitude. Told her that I wanted to try the clothes and she said “Ah go.” I said thank you afterwards which she did not acknowledged and instead had a sullen expression on her face. If you don’t want to serve customers, then please don’t work retail.

2024: happy with their service, easy refund process 2023: I went to bugis store and asked Hadifah to help me with the online purchase and she was amazing. Full five stars ratings to her

was standing outside cotton browsing their things from outside, then one of the cotton in staff, a man wearing black cropped top, and pants, with long black hair, wearing specs and makeup, was pushing a trolley and he rammed it straight into my mom's leg. My mom shouted "Ouch!" in pain. But he just smiled and quickly walked away without apologising at all. Utterly displeased, parents never teach.

Honestly, All of the staff were friendly and really nice and pleasant, I had fun at the store and trying on the items. The lady who was incharge of the changing rooms was super nice. I also saw this really cute black long-sleeved top and there was a sign above it, labelled something like “2 tops for $20” and I thought it was a really good deal so I took 2 tops from that aisle. One for me and the other was for my friend. When I was about to check out my clothes with my friend (I was paying for her), the cashier said it costed $50 but the sign CLEARLY read out “2 for $20” and he also mentioned that the sale wasnt applicable for the 2 items that I was intending to purchase. I was incredibly flabbergasted and also confused. So I asked him which items were applicable and he just mumbled to me. I completely wasnt able to comprehend what he had just said to me. So again I politely asked him to repeat what he was trying to say but he still continued to mumble. I felt a bit pressured as there were people waiting in line so i just bought the items despite its pricey cost. The clothes were good quality and nice but it wasnt worth the price. I even went back to the aisle where i got my items and the sign still read “2 for $20” I even stared at it for a couple of minutes making sure i had read it right. Next time the signage should be more clearer! I wish I had took a picture of the aisle and signage but I did not have my phone with me, however, i do have the receipt.

we noticed the sale and decided to come here! there was a wide variety of clothes, although at a rather high price despite the sale. the staff was nice and friendly too! we would definitely come back to shop if there was a larger sale.

Unfriendly and rude staffs, I came for a refund which stated in the policy, however, I was given the answer that it's troublesome for us to key in the information, hence, try to look for an exchange or we will give you store credit. Best part were I was standing in front of a sign board that says, if you're not happy with the items you can opt for EXCHANGE/ REFUND.
