Unfriendly and rude staff. I came for a refund, which was stated in the policy. However, I was told that it was troublesome for them to key in the information, and was advised to try an exchange or accept store credit.
The best part was I was standing in front of a signboard that said, "If you're not happy with the items, you can opt for EXCHANGE/ REFUND."

Some reasonably priced clothing.

Nice place, but I don't think it's cheap since I bought one small dress for $40. There was a slight rip on the waistband. I told the cashier, as there weren't any other sizes left, but I wasn't offered a discount or anything.

Went to the Bugis outlet on 24/11 and wanted to try a few items at the fitting room before purchasing. The Malay girl with the olive green top who was attending to the fitting room had the WORST customer service attitude. Told her that I wanted to try the clothes and she said “Ah go.” I said thank you afterwards, which she did not acknowledge and instead had a sullen expression on her face. If you don’t want to serve customers, then please don’t work retail.

Staff was good, but clothes were of horrible quality. The color came off immediately.

There's this one lady working there today, wearing a black tudung. I just want to say that she deserves a compliment, as she helped me when I was stressed out choosing the clothing size for my boyfriend. Thank you for helping out, beautiful! ❤️

2024: Happy with their service and the easy refund process.
2023: I went to the Bugis store and asked Hadifah to help me with the online purchase, and she was amazing. Full five-star rating for her.

I was standing outside Cotton, browsing their things from outside. Then, one of the Cotton staff – a man wearing a black cropped top and pants, with long black hair, specs, and makeup – was pushing a trolley, and he rammed it straight into my mom's leg. My mom shouted "Ouch!" in pain. But he just smiled and quickly walked away without apologising at all. I was utterly displeased; parents never teach.

Honestly, all of the staff were friendly and pleasant, and I had fun at the store trying on the items. The lady who was in charge of the changing rooms was super nice.
I also saw this really cute black long-sleeved top, and there was a sign above it labeled something like '2 tops for $20.' I thought it was a really good deal, so I took two tops from that aisle: one for me and the other for my friend. When I was about to check out my clothes with my friend (I was paying for her), the cashier said it cost $50. But the sign clearly read '2 for $20,' and he also mentioned that the sale wasn't applicable to the two items I was intending to buy.
I was incredibly flabbergasted and confused. So I asked him which items were applicable, and he just mumbled to me. I was completely unable to comprehend what he had just said to me. So, again, I politely asked him to repeat what he was trying to say, but he still continued to mumble. I felt a bit pressured as there were people waiting in line, so I just bought the items despite their high price. The clothes were good quality and nice, but they weren't worth the price. I even went back to the aisle where I got my items, and the sign still read '2 for $20.' I even stared at it for a couple of minutes, making sure I had read it correctly.
Next time, the signage should be clearer!
I wish I had taken a picture of the aisle and signage, but I did not have my phone with me. However, I do have the receipt.

We noticed the sale and decided to come here. There was a wide variety of clothes, although the prices were rather high despite the sale. The staff was nice and friendly too. We would definitely come back to shop if there was a larger sale.
