I joined FItness first in March to prepare for the my first June Hyrox race. Took PT training with Ping Hoe and he was very dedicated and responsible. He planned out my fitness routine, shared his knowledge on the proper techniques and worked on my weaknesses. He was supportive, encouraging and committed to prepping me before the race and did deep stretching post race day which helped greatly with the recovery process. Overall very happy and satisfied that he was my PT and would highly recommend him !

Fitness First Bugis Junction is spacious and well-equipped. The toilets are generally clean and roomy. The PTs are helpful; I’ve had trainers offer assistance when I struggled with machines.
I’ve been training with my PT Jeannie for 6 months. She’s motivating, supportive, and brings great energy to every session. I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, and her check-ins and encouragement make a big difference. Training can be tough, but she makes it enjoyable.
