My experience with Ping Hoe, my Personal Trainer at FF Bugis, has been truly amazing. He's professional, super knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping you reach your fitness goals. Training with him has been a very positive experience. He makes the sessions both effective and enjoyable. I appreciated how he pointed out mistakes I didn't even realize I was making, and patiently showed me how to correct them. My technique has improved significantly thanks to his guidance. If you're serious about hitting your goals—and want someone who truly knows what they're doing—Ping is the trainer to go for.

Training with Jeannie Wang at FF Bugis Junction has been a truly transformative experience for me, both physically and mentally. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my fitness goals, health background, and personal limitations. Her approach is incredibly professional—every session is well-planned, purposeful, and tailored specifically to what I need. She challenges me in the best way possible, and I’ve seen steady improvements not only in my strength and fitness level but also in my overall health. One of the things I appreciate most is her attention to detail. She’s extremely knowledgeable about exercise science and body mechanics, so I always feel confident that I’m doing each movement correctly and safely. Beyond her skills as a trainer, Jeannie has made a huge impact on the gym environment itself. Under her care, the space has become much cleaner, more organized, and welcoming. It’s clear she takes pride not only in her work but in creating a supportive and well-maintained atmosphere for everyone. Overall, I couldn’t be more grateful to have found a trainer like her. She’s genuinely invested in her clients’ success and well-being, and her encouragement has been a big part of what keeps me going. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert guidance, a motivating presence, and real results in their fitness journey.

Training with Ping Hoe has genuinely been amazing! He’s not just any trainer—he consistently goes above and beyond, both during our sessions and in his own time. Whether it's helping me manage a tricky knee or shoulder, or fixing my form to ensure I train safely and effectively, he's always there with thoughtful advice and support. Ping Hoe strikes the perfect balance between pushing you and encouraging you. He knows exactly when to challenge you and when to pull back—making every session feel purposeful and motivating. You can tell he truly cares about your progress, both physically and mentally. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better coach! 💪🏻

Fitness First is an amazing facility for our workouts. They provide a wide range of classes. I recommend everyone join. I met Alice, and she is a wonderful person. She helped me understand the classes and facilities.

I’ve been going to Fitness First Bugis since 2022, and I’m really happy with the experience. Going during non-peak hours is ideal! There are always plenty of weights and barbells available. The equipment is well-maintained and clean. That said, going during peak hours is very crowded, but that’s to be expected at any commercial gym. The staff are helpful when approached and give you space to do your own thing. No hard selling. I like this gym because the atmosphere is straightforward — it’s a place to work out and get in and out, which works well for me. The ladies' locker area is clean, safe, and well-kept. I especially love the newer fluffy white towels! A great plus is the sauna room (hope it can be turned up a bit more!) and the hair dryers. Overall, for the location, equipment, and value, the price is fair. Would recommend!

Grace, my Fitness First Personal Trainer, is super experienced and knowledgeable! She is very patient and professional in every single detail of fitness postures: from adjusting them to balancing, and so on. Besides that, she is a super responsible personal trainer, willing to put in the effort to help me until I do it 100% correctly for every posture!! Thank you so much for your efforts, Grace!!! I've been training with Ping Hoe for more than 6 months, and I can't recommend him enough! He is very knowledgeable and professional! Every session is tailored to my fitness level and goals, and he's helped me stay consistent, push past my limits, and always motivates me. What I appreciate most is how Ping Hoe focuses on proper form and injury prevention. Every workout is challenging, fun, and makes you look forward to the next session! If you’re thinking of PT, he’s the trainer you want. Highly recommend. Ping Hoe is the best!

What stands out most for me is that the gym has an impressive layout and a nice selection of workout equipment. Do take note that the gym can get really crowded at times, so choose your time carefully. The staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming and dealt with my queries calmly and professionally. This gym certainly stands out as one of the better ones out there.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you, Jeannie Wang (my personal trainer from Fitness First, Bugis Branch), for the incredible support, guidance, and motivation you have given me since I began my fitness journey just two months ago. Starting out, I had my doubts and hesitations, but Jeannie’s encouragement and expertise quickly turned those into confidence and determination. From our very first session, Jeannie has been more than just a trainer—she has been a mentor and a source of inspiration. She took the time to understand my goals, pushed me to do more than I thought I was capable of, and celebrated every win—no matter how small. Her workouts are challenging but fun, her attitude is always positive, and her passion for helping others is genuinely inspiring. Here's the edited review: Nice ambience. Many machines for you to sweat it out. I like that there are ample seats, high chairs, and tables to chill, catch up on your emails or WhatsApp messages, or charge your electronics. Other standard amenities are also available: towels, attire, shower rooms, and hair dryers, etc. The location is accessible.
