I think staff should be more attentive and ensure that customers use tongs to take the bread instead of using bare hands. That disgusting customer already used his hands to pick up the bread, and he ended up putting the bread back on the shelf. So I just walked out without buying.

Good variety here (though the all-time favorite croissant hotdogs are not available at this branch). One plus point I observe about this branch is that they probably pay extra attention to cleanliness. The trays are actually placed upside down, instead of the usual face-up position. This probably reduces the chances of dust and other particles directly on the tray. 👍

Their new bread rolls, advertised as having mozzarella and egg fillings, were disappointing as I could not find any mozzarella fillings last Sunday, as shown in the attached photo.

Bread is not too bad, kind of similar to bread top. The fairy pork floss is OK, just like a bread with toppings.

Was a huge fan of Four Leaves’ chocolate croissants. Just realised that they are also playing the shrinking game now. They used to coat the entire top part of the croissants with chocolate and sell for $1.60. Now they charge $1.80 and have reduced the chocolate coating by 40%. At this rate, it is better to buy from Breadtalk, which charges $2.00 for a fully coated one, with icing as well. Shameful move.

I am a great fan of Four Leaves chocolate cakes. Visited the bakery to get a cake and saw that they had this interesting-looking chocolate banana cake. The Four Leaves outlet in Bugis has a variety of bread options, and the staff are efficient in their service. We got the chocolate banana cake as it has an edible banana decoration on top. The taste of the cake is great too! The banana flavour is quite fragrant too!

Sweet, and a good buy at an affordable price. I liked that I could see the memo listing the best-selling items on the shelf.

I was there during the lunchtime peak hour, and was served by experienced and efficient cashiers. The breads and cakes are quite tasty, especially the chocolate cakes like Black Forest and Coco Exotic!

The plate seemed very unhygienic. It was all wet. I had to clean it with my own tissue before selecting bread. I had believed they were clean behind the counter, as a pile of towels was visible there. Imagine your bread soaking up moisture from that very plate. Yeeew! Four Leaves, please rectify your plate cleaning process. Thanks.
