Title: Fantastic Service at Fred Perry Bugis Outlet!
I had an outstanding experience at the Fred Perry outlet in Bugis. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I purchased a considerable number of polo tees for my staff for Christmas, and the assistance I received was top-notch.
The staff went above and beyond in helping me choose from the various designs and colors, and their patience during the selection process was truly appreciated. Even when I needed exchanges, they handled it with ease, always serving with a smile and a remarkably accommodating attitude.
I want to express my gratitude to everyone at the Bugis outlet for making my shopping experience not only hassle-free but genuinely pleasant. Thank you for the exceptional service and ensuring that every step of my visit was met with warmth and professionalism.

Fred Perry a brand I know since in the 80s. It was an entry level brand at that time. Offered affordable and good quality made collar T-shirt in assortment of colours. Not sure what happened, the brand left Singapore shore. Fast forward, 2024 I saw this Fred Perry shop in Bugis Junction and decided to walk in. I browse around and there was 2 male service staff. Both very quiet and reserved. I had to reach out to them for service. Both were polite but cold. They were reactive, I had to initiate the entire sales service. I asked for size of my preference shirt, they brought me the size that I wanted and stop there. They did not attempt to show me other colour available for my size or other design that is my size. I had to ask them repeatedly for other colour if available or other design. Throughout conversation was kept to the minimum, very quiet. I bought 2 collar T-shirts. While making payment, I saw a POSB/DBS credit card promotion at the POS. I had to ask the sales staff what was this promotion? He replied, if you pay by using POSB/DBS credit card, you will receive a $40 voucher that can use for your next purchase for regular item. Now I happen to have a DBS credit card and if I don’t know ask, I miss the opportunity of getting this $40 voucher. Fred Perry product is excellent and price is on the premium side which I am fine with. Cater to the affluent segment, but the sales staff need training. Else, how to make better sales. Both sales staff were polite and very quiet. Require training to learn how to engage customer, how to encourage sales, learn to anticipate and provide additional products to show customer. I am quite sure if they offer to show me other colours and design that is my size. I will walk out with more than 2 shirts. I will visit this shop again in the near future and I hope to see their improvement in sales service.
