Wei Hong is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to me every aspect of the things I was interested in purchasing very patiently. They have a lot of different types of consoles as well as software. You should take a look if you are in Bugis. They also stock a wide variety of Nintendo Switch software. The staff are also knowledgeable about the best games available and new releases. You should definitely visit when you are in Bugis :)

Appalling lack of customer service. Visited to preorder a Switch 2, which requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. Fair enough. Upon enquiry, the sales rep bluntly informed me, “Cash only.” I asked, “No PayLah, no PayNow, nothing else?” “No, cash only.” “Why?” “Don’t ask why.” Erm, sure…. “Don’t ask why” when you’re out of business, guys 😂. For a games store — a technology-oriented store — to insist on cash in 2025, and to adopt an abrasive and confrontational manner in doing so, just beggars belief. Not a hope in hell this place will be getting my business ever again 😂

Really bad experience with the staff regarding the Nintendo Switch 2 that I pre-ordered. I told them I was only available to collect on 14 July 2025, and they said they would call me to remind me about my Nintendo Switch 2. However, none of the staff got back to me or called me about my Switch 2. If they are not serious about the job, they should just resign and work somewhere else. Thanks
