Really bad Experience with the staff regarding about the Nintendo switch 2 that i pre ordered. I told them i only available to collected on 14 July 2025 and they say they will call me to remind regarding about my Nintendo Switch 2 and none of the staff get back to me or call me regarding about my switch 2. If they are not serious about the job please as well resign and work somewhere else. Thanks

Appalling lack of customer service. Visited to preorder a Switch 2, which requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. Fair enough. Upon enquiry, sales rep bluntly informs me “cash only”, I ask “no PayLah, no PayNow, nothing else?” “No, cash only”, “why?” “Don’t ask why”, erm, sure…. Don’t ask why when you’re out of business guys 😂 for a games store - a technology oriented store - to insist on cash in 2025, and to adopt an abrasive and confrontational manner in doing so, just beggars belief. Not a hope in hell this place will be getting my business ever again 😂

Pre-ordered 30th anniversary edition Edge controller… I was First in Queue on the very first day pre order opens.
I clearly pre ordered Ps5 pro and dualsense edge.
You can review your CCTV footage.
During collection Your staff insist that I ordered the Normal non edge version. I know 100% sure i said i wanted the Pro Edge version ( I repeated twice because he was confused)
They flipped story saying the pre order sold out when i came to the shop! When i was actually first in q on first day!
It took time and effort to support you guys…
But this time i felt im cheated of my time and chance to actually own the 30th edge controller.
Its a very disappointing experience and unfair.
