Horrendous service. The service staff at this outlet needs a lesson on customer service. I had passed by and asked for directions, and instead of politely responding, I was met with eye rolls, a terribly rude tone, and a dismissive attitude. If the aim is to attract customers, then service staff need to first learn how to be polite to customers.

Staff mentioned 50% off on a name-customised necklace a few days ago. Upon contacting customer service to see if the promo was still active, their response was simply to visit the store. When I travelled down to their store, they mentioned there was no longer a promo. This wasted my time, and the customer service displayed an exceptionally poor attitude. Had they mentioned the promo wasn't available anymore when asked, we would not have made the wasted trip down.

Bad attitude from the lady with black shoulder-length hair. There were no customers, and she was doing nothing, so I asked if there was a pharmacy nearby. She didn't even bother looking up. If you're looking for moissanite, you're better off buying from Etsy or other online stores. They offer unique, custom pieces for around the same price or cheaper, unlike this store's tacky, common designs. P.S. I was waiting for my mom to finish shopping outside Iora, so I had a good view of their counter. There was a couple who came to view the shop, but the rude lady wasn't even around to serve them. She disappeared for a good 20 minutes at 4:10 PM. Not sure why anyone would hire someone with a bad attitude who doesn't even bother doing their job properly.
