Bought on promotion on Shopee app. Require to wait for 12mins as informed by the female staff during lunch time, past 12pm, on a weekday. Mostly original type extra quantities are made. Easy app redemption. Pandan tastes the same as the original type. If purchasing $4.10 vs Original then not worth it. On Shopee for less than $1, no complain. Eat fresh on-the-spot so it will still be crispy, otherwise it will become soft & chewy.

very rude, the egglet is spoilt and they got the cheek to ask me to explicitly ask for freshly cooked egglet before ordering, very bad experience

I should read review before buy from this shop. After I buy, the lady put the receipt with peg on the table and I thought it's for me to hold onto, then she shout at me saying don't grab it from the table. Then how I know which number am I on. Afterwards I see her give receipt with number to other customer. Then I was going like where is my receipt? Why yell at me when it's her fault not give me a receipt.

Came for the Hong Kong Egglet (Bugis Juntion branch), stayed for the attitude. The mid-age lady were so rude and impatient, I almost felt like I should apologize for being a customer. If you enjoy being treated like a nuisance, this place is a hidden gem.

The shop located at level B1 between supermarket and escalator. Straight forward service. Order, pay, wait and collect and enjoy. They are selling egglet guys, we don't need 5-star hotel service or smile. The egglet was nice. Please take note this has to be consumed while warm. Consume later will make the egglet not crispy. There are promotion on shopback app. Recommended!

The chocolate egglet I got is not fresh made upon order. They already make before hand so is kinda cold and lose it crispy. Compare to other outlet they are fresh made on spot upon order

Rude middle aged woman. If you are not happy to accept shopee vouchers, don't work in this shop. Impatient and show black face to customers. Will never patronize this outlet again.

The taste is not bad to try. But the staff is not friendly, she keeps the bad attitude to serve customers during 20 mins I wait there. I was standing to wait my order. Actually it took a long time to get order completed

I normally love buying egglet whenever I chance upon any, but this store particularly has the worst servicing staff. Feels like you are offending her when she takes your order. But I think she’s the business owner, then it all makes sense

I got lucky. Was served by a friendly auntie n another young lady tending to the waffles ytd (21/04/2024) Shopee redemption was seamless. 1 star deducted cos the waffles got pretty hard after it has cooled. So eat it while it's hot!!
