Finally found hairstylist that had an amazing skills & I had great experience here!!
Highly recommend Wooi as he is great with short haircuts 💇‍♀️ and he will suggest great looking hairstyle suited my face shape and style!

i came for a complimentary hair spa and Aeni was the one doing for me. She is attentive and friendly.
Kristine was the consultant who scanned my scalp and explained my problem. She did a good job.

I always come to Jean Yip for my super gloss treatment and hair coloring . Both Jessica and Wooi are very friendly and professional. They always render their best service when I’m there! Thanks you Jessica and Wooi always make my hair so smooth and nice. Well done to both and keep up your good job!

Super awful experience at Jean Yip Bugis outlet.
Staff are super pushy and will bug you to sign up for a new package. If you do not continue, their facial expression will change immediately, and you can sense the vast difference in their attitude towards you.
This particular hairstylist (whom I shall not name) has good skills; however, she has A LOT to work on regarding her customer service skills. When you ask her for advice, she replies with sarcastic remarks. Friggin’ rude and put on a black face as though I owe her money. No point wearing the red polo tee during the festive period when she cannot even manage a SLIGHT smile to greet her customers.
Can’t believe I endured this substandard service for close to 4 years! Super relieved that my package has ended, and I will definitely NOT be coming back again. There wasn't even a word of THANK YOU when I left the salon. That’s how bad it is!
