Staff are super pushy and will bug you to sign on new package. If you do not continue, their facial expression will change immediately and you can sense the vast difference in their attitude towards you.
This particular hair-stylist (whom I shall not name) has good skills however she has A LOT to work on for her customer service skills. When you ask her for advice, she replies with sarcastic remarks. Friggin’ rude and put on a black face as though I owe her money. No point wearing the red polo tee during festive period when she cannot even manage a SLIGHT smile to greet her customers.
Can’t believe I endured this sub-standard service close to 4 years! Super relieved that my package has ended and definitely NOT coming back again. Not even a word of THANK YOU when I left the salon. That’s how bad it is!
