I ordered a cup of freshly made soya milk, which was creamy and not overly sweet—perfect for my taste. It was refreshing and satisfying, making it a great choice for a warm day. I also tried the tau huay, which was silky smooth and served with a light syrup that enhanced its flavor without overpowering it. Both items were served promptly and at a reasonable price, making them a budget-friendly treat.
In addition to drinks, Jollibean also offers a selection of snacks like crispy pancakes and various desserts. I couldn't resist trying their peanut pancake, which was warm, fluffy, and generously filled with crushed peanuts and sugar. It was a delightful combination of textures and flavors.
The staff at Jollibean were friendly and efficient, ensuring my experience was pleasant from start to finish. The seating area was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to enjoy my snacks.
Overall, Jollibean is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in authentic soybean treats while in Singapore. Despite the terrible reviews left on this Jollibean location, I had a rather pleasant experience with my Azuki red bean soya freeze drink. It was an extremely delicious blend of soya milk and red bean flavours, which I had never before considered, let alone tasted. The attendant who served me was patient, even though it was my first time ordering here and I was admittedly holding up the line with my indecisiveness. Great decision overall, and a deliciously refreshing drink for dessert.

Employees are rude. The waffle was cold and not reheated after being taken from the fridge. The peanut butter was spread onto the waffle using the outer layer of a paper cup, which was unhygienic. Will not buy from there again. There are better options nearby.

I went to the Bugis outlet for red bean & peanut Mck. They only had hazelnut & peanut Mck left. However, I mistakenly thought I saw red bean & peanut Mck, so I bought the Shopee vouchers on the spot and requested three red bean & peanut Mck. The staff then informed me that they only had hazelnut & peanut Mck left. However, they offered to make red bean & peanut Mck for me on the spot if I wanted it. So I said okay.
Later, when I came back, they gave me peanut Mck instead of red bean & peanut Mck. I told them I wanted red bean & peanut Mck, not just peanut Mck. They then said they only had peanut Mck and gave me the excuse that they had informed me there was no red bean & peanut Mck, claiming it was out of stock in all outlets. This was definitely not communicated to me earlier when I agreed to redeem the voucher, as I wanted red bean & peanut Mck, not just peanut Mck. If they had told me they could not provide me with this item, I would have waited, since the voucher had a one-month expiry date. However, they didn't communicate this to me. I felt cheated and forced to purchase something that I didn't willingly want to buy.
Additionally, their attitude was not good and very defensive. I believe this can be handled better on their end. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I have been a loyal fan of Jollibean products for years, but this experience is a complete turn-off. I am never returning to this outlet again. I am doubting whether I should even purchase your products again if this dispute isn't resolved properly on your end. This experience has left me truly disappointed.

Hazelnut Peanut Mee Chiang Kueh was so good that I keep coming back for more. I loved every bite of it. The staff were polite and nice too. All food items on the display cabinet are nicely clingwrapped.

I purchased 2x Hazelnut peanut pancakes and 2x Red Bean peanut pancakes from Shopee. However, similar to other users' experiences, the Bugis outlet only had peanut pancakes for the past 2 weeks. Other outlets have also started closing down one by one, making it very inconvenient for me (and others) to redeem our vouchers. As my vouchers are expiring soon, I guess I've no choice but to go with the peanut option so as not to waste money. A word of caution to others: Avoid buying their Shopee vouchers in the future!

A healthy choice of traditional pastry, I can say. The mini pancake rolls are light in texture and taste so good compared to the normal-sized pancake, as it's thicker in batter and can make one feel too heavy when eating. The soya drink tastes good, not too sweet, and now has more choices of flavours for us to choose from. Price-wise, it is quite moderate. The food kiosk is clean and bright.

Got the Pandan Kaya Maru and Chocolate Fudge Maru.
The batter of the Pandan Kaya had a strong, unpleasant egg taste. The Pandan Kaya filling was sweet but could use a stronger Pandan taste. I didn't finish it as I disliked it.
The Chocolate Fudge was much better than the Pandan Kaya. The chocolate helped make the pancake more edible. The batter did not have a strong egg taste, unlike the Pandan Kaya. The sweetness of the chocolate was comparable to milk chocolate.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend their Maru. Perhaps they should stick to their soy ice cream and soy milk instead.

I bought a hazelnut peanut mck on Shopee because the combination sounded tempting. But when I went to the Bugis outlet, they said they had run out of stock. I asked when they would restock it, and they said they weren't sure.
Selling such vouchers when they do not have stock is such irresponsible behaviour. I would not have bought it if not for the flavour. The staff's attitude was also quite poor and unapologetic.

They got my order wrong on 11 July 2025. I had asked for no sugar in my matcha soy milk, but the drink I received was full of sugar.
I tried to use my Fave e-card to pay, but they told me Fave is not accepted here for now, despite this outlet being expressly stated in the e-card.
