I was particularly choose with the piece that I want as my kids were fussy.
Usually, the Vietnamese ladies were very nice and accommodating to my request. On Sunday 11 Aug 2024, the Chinese lady was quite full of excuses to brush me off.

Got my order wrong on 11 July 2025 - I asked for no sugar in my matcha soy milk and the drink I got was full of sugar.
I tried to use my Fave e-card to pay but they told me Fave is not accepted here for now, despite this outlet being expressly stated in the ecard.

I bought a hazelnut peanut mck on shoppee because the combination sounds tempting. But when I went to the bugis outlet, they said they ran out of stock. I asked when they will restock it and they said they aren’t sure.
Selling such vouchers when they do not have stock is such irresponsible behaviour. I would not have bought it if not for the flavour. The staff’s attitude was also quite poor and unapologetic.

Got the Pandan Kaya Maru and Chocolate Fudge Maru.
The batter of the Pandan Kaya had a strong, not so nice egg taste. The Pandan Kaya filing was sweet but could use a stronger Pandan taste. Didn't finish it at all as I dislike it.
Chocolate fudge was much better than the Pandan Kaya. The chocolate helped make the pancake more edible. The batter did not have a strong egg taste like the Pandan kaya. The sweetness of the chocolate was around a milk chocolate level.
Overall I wouldn't recommend their Maru. Maybe just stick to their soy ice cream and soy milk???

Purchased 2x Hazelnut peanut pancake n 2x red bean peanut pancake from shopee. However similar to other users experience, Bugis outlet only had peanut pancakes for past 2 weeks. Other outlets also start closing down one by one, making it very inconvenient for me (and others) to redeem our vouchers. As my vouchers are expiring soon, guess i’ve no choice but to go with peanut option so as not to waste money. Caution to others: Avoid buying their Shopee vouchers in future!

I bought red bean & peanut mck at bugis outlet. They only have hazelnut & peanut mck left. However, i saw wrong and thought it was red bean & peanut mck, so i bought the shopee vouchers on the spot and requested for 3 x red bean & peanut mck. However, the staff informed me that they only have hazelnut & peanut left. However, if i want red bean and peanut, they can make now for me. So i said okay.
Later when i came back, they gave me peanut mck instead of red bean & peanut. I told them i wanted red bean & peanut, not peanut. Then they said they only have peanut and gave me the excuse that they informed me that there was no red bean & peanut because this is out of stock in all outlets. This was DEFINITELY NOT communicated to me earlier when i agreed to redeem the voucher. Because i wanted peanut & red bean, not just peanut. If they had told me they cannot provided me this item, i would have waited since the voucher has a 1 month expiry date. However, they didnt communicated this to me. I felt cheated and forced to purchase something that I didnt willing wanted to buy.
Additionally, their attitude were not good, very defensive. I believe this can be handled better on their end. I am super disappointed in this experience. I have been a loyal fan of Jollibean products for years. But this experience is super turn off. I am never returning to this outlet again. I am doubting whether i should even purchase your products again if this dispute isnt resolved properly on your side. Really super disappointed in this experience.

Employees are rude. Waffle is cold and no reheating is done after taking out from the fridge. The peanut is spread onto the waffle with the outer layer of a paper cup which is unhygienic. Will not buy from there again. There are better options nearby.

Not worth the price of $2.20 for a super thin piece of red bean paste crisp … quite ridiculous:(
Expensive !!

Store opening hours state 8.30am as the opening time. I went at 9.15am and nothing other than mini rolls was ready. Grass jelly was out of stock and apparently will be out of stock for the next 2 days. Walked 10min to the store and didn't manage to get anything.

I went Jollibean Bugis Junction to redeem 3 e-vouchers which I purchased online. The lady staff served me with black face after I told her I want to redeem my e vouchers. She is kind of rude imo.
In additional, they didn’t have mixed mini roll and she just gave me 3 packs of peanut & red bean rolls. When I saw there is 1 pack of solely cheese rolls. I requested to swap 1 box since I have 3 boxes (6 cheese, 6 peanut and 6 red bean). She turned me down direction and rudely. I was disappointed with her bad attitude.
I hope the management would take action to educate the staffs to be more friendly and also to let them know to treat every customer with respect. Even we bought online, we are still paying customer. Thanks

I went to Jollibean Bugis Junction to redeem 3 e-vouchers I purchased online. The staff member served me with an unwelcoming expression after I informed her I wanted to redeem my e-vouchers. She was rather rude, in my opinion.
In addition, they didn't have the mixed mini rolls, and she simply gave me 3 packs of peanut and red bean rolls. When I saw there was 1 pack containing only cheese rolls, I requested to swap one pack, as I was redeeming three and wanted a variety (e.g., 6 cheese, 6 peanut, and 6 red bean). She directly and rudely rejected my request. I was disappointed with her poor attitude.
I hope the management takes action to educate their staff to be more friendly and to treat every customer with respect. Even though we purchased online, we are still paying customers. Thanks.

A healthy choice of traditional pastry i can say.The mini pancake rolls is light in texture which taste so good compared to the normal size pancake as its more thick in batter which make ones feel too heavy when eating. The soya drink taste good not too sweet and now with more choice of flavours for us to choose.Price wise is quite moderate. The food kiosk is clean and bright.

Hazelnut Peanut Mee Chiang Kueh was so good that I keep coming back for more. Loved every bite of it. The staff were polite and nice too. All food items on the display cabinet are nicely clingwrapped.

Despite the terrible reviews left on this Jollibean location I had a rather pleasant experience with my Azuki red bean soya freeze drink. It was an extremely delicious blend of soya milk and red bean flavours which I never before considered let alone tasted. The attendant who served me was patient even though it was my first time ordering here and I was admittedly holding up the line with my indecisiveness. Great decision overall and a deliciously refreshing drink for dessert.

A popular spot in Singapore known for its delicious soybean-based snacks. As a fan of Asian street food, I was excited to try their offerings, and I wasn't disappointed!
The first thing that struck me was the vibrant and inviting atmosphere of the store. The bright colors and modern design make it a cheerful place to grab a quick bite. The menu features a variety of items, but I was particularly drawn to their famous soya milk and the delightful tau huay (soybean pudding).
I ordered a cup of freshly made soya milk, which was creamy and not overly sweet—perfect for my taste. It was refreshing and satisfying, making it a great choice for a warm day. I also tried the tau huay, which was silky smooth and served with a light syrup that enhanced its flavor without overpowering it. Both items were served promptly and at a reasonable price, making it a budget-friendly treat.
In addition to drinks, Jollibean offers a selection of snacks like crispy pancakes and various desserts. I couldn’t resist trying their peanut pancake, which was warm, fluffy, and filled with a generous amount of crushed peanuts and sugar. It was a delightful combination of textures and flavors.
The staff at Jollibean were friendly and efficient, ensuring my experience was pleasant from start to finish. The seating area was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to enjoy my snacks.
Overall, Jollibean is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in authentic soybean treats while in Singapore. With its tasty offerings, welcoming atmosphere, and reasonable prices, it’s a great place to satisfy your cravings. I left feeling happy and eager to return for more! Highly recommended for both locals and tourists alike.
