Their clothes usually sells out very fast and very popular especially their Sanrio / Disney series. Feel that their designs were much nicer in the past as compared to now. Their clothes are also much more expensive as compared to many other shops.

Maybe the CNY period has made the saleswomen here stressed, she stopped me from choosing clothes in the store as everything there was "only S and XS size" which would "definitely" not fit me. 🙄🤨 clothing designs are nice, but if you're only catering to XS-S size, kindly display it outside your store so that people larger than S size know not to step inside.

Don’t buy anything from here
They don’t have care labels on their clothes. What does this mean? You don’t know the composition of what you are buying
IN ADDITION they advertise their clothes as cotton polyester mix but they are almost 100% POLYESTER
This brand is cheating consumers and should be reported

Please avoid enter L’zzie Bugis outlet, very bad experience 2 staff were busying gossip and even show black face to the customer. Please train your staff well. Sucks

Service was friendly, though the newcomers seem to be less knowledgeable than the staff who have been there for longer. They even wrapped the clothes after we bought them nicely.

I went to L’zzie earlier at 1700. While trying on, a stranger (lady) suddenly opened my curtain. I was in shocked! I quickly put on my attire and she kept apologising to me. I was angry. Where are the 2 sales lady who were mending the shop? Why are they not outside the changing room? The shop was not even busy but they were not even ensuring the privacy of their customers. Can you image if it’s a male customer, it will turn out very ugly. Aren’t the staff supposed to prevent such incident from happening? After I came out of the room in shocked, the supervisor just said thank you and pretended that nothing had happened. She didn’t even apologised despite hearing the stranger apologising profusely to me. I demand an explanation and wonder if I can make a police report. I have been patronising the shop for as long as I could recall, but their service is not getting any better. Would appreciated a call from the management or an investigation to be carry out to ensure such incident would not happened, and perhaps an apology at least..

If you have known your clothing size, it will be so much convenience to shop online, delivery will take 2 days max, have been buying from this shop for many years. Satisfied with the quality especially buy 2 free one top which will make total shopping more worth !
