I met Mr. Eu Gen Rong at the Lee Hwa Bugis Junction branch. Most of the advisors are friendly. Eu is young but humble, exceptionally sincere, and goes the extra mile. We went to expand our wedding bands (with a service fee), and he also helped us "wash" some old jewels. Hence, we felt comfortable shopping around in the shop. He assisted me in finding what I wanted within my budget, and ultimately, I managed to buy a pair of solitaire diamond earrings which I originally didn't intend to buy that day. Sometimes, making customers feel free to shop at ease makes them willing to spend happily. Thumbs up for Eu! I am sure he is an asset to Lee Hwa Jewellery. Thank you, Eu!

Bought a beautiful natural diamond ring in rose gold from Majorie last month and am still loving it. She patiently showed me a few options before I settled on the ring I bought and provided sound advice which made the selection process easy. Excellent experience at the store.
Cannot say the same of your customer service. Dreadful. I saw two other diamond rings on your website which I hope to purchase, but the Bugis outlet didn't carry them. There was no response to phone calls or emails. Today, when I rang again, I received a recorded message that you're closed for Labour Day. It's already July! All I wanted to know was at which locations those rings are available, since the Bugis outlet didn't carry them, and to get clarity on the benefits membership which I was signed up for. Frustrating.
