I’ve always enjoyed the products at Lovisa, but I was disappointed to find it closed well past the stated opening time.
The hours list 10 a.m., but even after waiting 20-30 minutes, the store remained closed. It would be helpful if the hours were updated to reflect the actual opening time.

I just bought some earrings in the Bugis junction branch . After I swiped my credit card and paid for the items. The sales lady ask me to provide my email address for getting the receipt. I told her I prefer not to provide my email address, it’s ok if she don’t provide me the receipt, just provide me a bank card swipe receipt will do. She insist I have to provide my email address, otherwise I get nothing. Her attitude is so rude that she is not explaining to me , but trying to force me to provide my personal email address. At the end , I have to leave without any receipt. I am not sure if it’s even allowed in SG to refuse to provide customer receipt unless they provide their personal email address? Unbelievable. This shop not worth to visit again!

my friend and I were just browsing around the shop, but one of the rings fell off her hands and the gem came off. she paid $20 for that ring after that. i don’t think it’s suppose to break that easily especially for its price - $20? should have been $10 max for that craftsmanship and quality.

Rude cashier. The cashier was on her phone all the time. When I about to pay, I said excuse me a few times but she just ignore me and chatting and smiling on her phone until I said excuse me for the fourth times. When paying, I ask for a bag and she continue to ignore me. However, she did give me a bag eventually. Such a bad experience just because of a cashier.
I came at around 8 p.m on 23rd, August.

Never support this Lovisa branch! They pierced my ears badly twice! They didn't take the time to properly ensure symmetrical piercing so both ears ended up looking totally different. I had to take my piercing out to allow the hole to close. After wasting my time and money going back and fourth to rectify their bad service, they still charged me $45 both times and when their earring Diamante fell off after a day, they charged me to replace it 😠They could have done the piercing for free after all the inconvenience caused... or at the very least have offered a voucher. What's more, there were no apologies received for the unnecessary discomfort for the amount of times I had to get my ears shot with the gun nor the inconvenience!

The staff there on Tuesday, 28 Sept, 6:30pm was unfriendly and quite rude. Asked to clarify about the price because from my experience not all items were on sale but she kept denying what I said was not true in a very rude manner. When I purchased the item, she was showing bad attitude “key here”, “there”, “ok?” as if I was bothering her and handed me the items like she was giving trash to me. This shop needs to train their staff better. No need to treat your customers like queen but must have some basic customer service skills. Wont go there again if I see her next time.

Service at the Bugis store is pathetic.
Wanted to exchange a pair of earrings since I got the wrong colour. First the salesperson was least interested and said it would take time to process the exchange. I said no problem. Then she asked for the receipt and asked me if I had tried them on - which I hadn't because it is a hygiene concern. She went on to examine the pack from all angles, opened it and studied all the earrings carefully and then spoke to someone on the phone, only to come back and say sorry we cannot exchange due to hygiene concerns! You could try to exchange it at the Parkway store where you originally bought them!!
While I fully respect the exchange policy could she not have said that before opening up the sealed pack?? And how can she even suggest exchanging when she herself opened it and ruined the pack?! Though i tried to explain she didn't get it!
Super lazy and unhelpful staff ruined the store experience. Service quality in their Parkway store is wayyyy better.

The Malay staff was very rude and unfriendly. We came in to ask if got ear piercing, she give us a mean and black face and keep telling us cannot hear us. When we try to raise our voice to make sure she can hear us, she say we are rude and chase us away. For the staff rude to customer and not happy to work, is not fit and tarnish the shop reputation at Bugis junction.

Encounter a Very bad experience with your sales staff as shown in the photo today. While me and my friend went in to purchase some earrings in your shop, we chosen 3 earrings at $25.90, $26.90 and $28.90 each, ready to pay but With a very sarcastic tone from your staff as shown in picture, she grab and put it back onto the hanger. I was stun at that moment and ask her is it that those earrings not for sale. She replied in a very rude manner to us and told us to get those ears from outside which are cheaper. I still kept my cool and told her that i wanted those 3 pieces of earrings earlier. From her facial expressions and the way she spoke to us is obviously looking down on me and my friend.

The customer service is pretty good. A service approaches me and ask me if I was buying gift for a girl. I respond looking for rose gold bangle and she direct me to the right section. She even tell me about gift box and offer to remove the price tag. The only lacking point is that she doesn't inform me that there is a cost for the paper box.

Just got my ears pierced today and the staff were absolutely wonderful, I didn't manage to catch the name of the girl who pierced my ears but she was so lovely and entertained all my questions. She also helped me to decide where to pierce my ears and recommended what earrings to wear for the piercing! Overall, it was a really wonderful experience and it really made my day so thank you!! <3

Went there to get my piercing done on 8 Aug about 5 pm
The staff was so friendly and made my experience wonderful. Wasn’t planning to buy earrings but I had to buy one to support her . She was so careful and considerate when piercing my ears despite the huge crowd waiting for her .
Great service would love to come again
Went to other shops like invite only and pandora and was treated very coldly for being underdressed.

Got my ears pierced here today and had the best experience. The guy who did the piercing was super sweet and friendly. He and i had a great conversation and the piercing itself wasn't painful. The $45 package provided the earrings, piercing service, cleaning solution and instruction card. Couldn't have had a better day. Thanks!
