Jocelyn from Mac bugis is an excellent makeup artist. I went to buy my normal loss powder. It was out of stock. I needed the powder urgently, no time to go other branch too. So she went extra mile to introduce other compact powder which is suitable for my skin condition and went ahead to chose the colours I need for my skin. Then she even went ahead to tell me which colour suit me and etc. I was amazed with her service cos normally I need to 'beg' for attention even there is no other customers. I am so so please with her service with delighted smile. I hope we have more of such makeup artist like her. Basically most people comes with no knowledge so we want the expertise help where sometimes we are so scared to approach them. Thanks!

I went to this branch for lipstick. A lady staff came to me and ask what type of shades I want, after suggesting may be 2 shades and seeing me not satisfied; she just left the tester there and ask me to choose myself in a very rude manner. I really don’t think she likes her job anyway. Definitely not going to be back here.
