They are people who have been trained professionally to deceive the company to sell products. Please don't believe their words. in 2021 I bought a diamond necklace worth over $10,000 SGD. I liked it so much that I went to the first consultation and asked very clearly about spending an amount of more than 10k dollars. I want to ask.. and want to know for sure if I want to resell it next time I need to resell will it be possible and what percentage of value will be lost? The staff told me if you want to resell it, they will buy it back but I will lose 40%. After a week of thinking I decided to buy and I went back to the store to buy that diamond necklace. But on February 21, 2024, I got sick so I asked my 21-year-old son to come to the store with my IC and the invoice he wanted to sell. The employee replied that they only exchange goods, not buy back. I will think about this and report it to the police. and I will go to the shop and invite the police. I will do it when I get over my illness soon
