Went during the weekend opening sale. Super crowded. Managed to snap some clothes. Was worth it. Quality of their pdt is really what I go to Muji for. Also received some free iron on patch as part of their opening special.

I visited MUJI at Bugis Junction quite a few weeks back and I must say the customer service exceeded all expectations. Especially thanks to a wonderful staff member named Marlina. From the moment I stepped into the store, Marlina greeted me with a warm and genuine smile. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my visit. Whether I had questions about product availability, sizing, or recommendations, she assisted me with professionalism and care. What truly stood out was her calm and respectful demeanor. She made me feel heard and valued as a customer. It’s rare these days to find service that feels both sincere and efficient, but Marlina delivered just that. She is a true credit to the MUJI brand, and my shopping experience was all the more enjoyable because of her. Thank you, Marlina, and thank you MUJI Bugis for upholding such high standards of customer care. I’ll definitely be back when I come and visit Singapore

After queuing for so long, the cashier told us the Internet is down and only caah payment or cashback payment. Why didn't the staff inform the people in the queue so as not to waste our time queuing if we do not have enough cash for the payment????!!!!! And the cashier (an old lady with a spec) is not friendly with an impatient tone. This is not helpful to the situation!!!!

This seems like a larger MUJI store. The clothing colors and design sensibility at Muji is elegant and clean. I like the way the fabrics drape over my body. I specifically like them even more when they goes on sale. I like the ease of trying the clothes out before buying. Some of their households kitchen items are fun too.

Hi I am a tourist visiting Singapore. I visited the store on 2 July at Bugis Junction and was pleasantly surprise by a staff who was very helpful. He was also polite and friendly. I am happy and proud that he is a good representive of a global brand that I frequently shop when I am back home in Japan. I managed to get his name. If I am not mistaken his name starts with Shahrul or Sharul. His name is quite long. He was wearing all black and spectacles. Please thank him on behalf of me for his wonderful service.

Muji needs no introduction. Items are now on sale before renovation. Don’t miss it.

Classic, sleek, neat and very Japanese designs on clothes, food, tidbits, household wares, footwear, bags and both office and school supplies. I found the design simple, elegant and purposeful however a bit pricey too. They have everything you need for daily grooming and food.

Special thanks to Hedda Chong - you made my day. I had a fantastic experience today thanks to Hedda staff member who usually works in the e-commerce department. Even though she was only helping out in-store during the opening days, her service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. It’s clear she truly cares about customers, and she made my visit so pleasant. Huge thanks to her and the team!

My favorite snack in MUJI. Soy sauce flavoured fried crackers. Not salty, perfect amount of soy taste, $2.30 per packet but it will be difficult to bite if you don’t have strong teeth.
