Highly recommended if you need help with your devices . Very helpful and friendly . I changed my phone battery here and faced some problems along the way . They tried their best to help and when it exceeded the time that they had promised they would return the phone , they offered to send to my home via LALAMOVE , nicely wrapped in a box and recyclable bag .

I was lucky to stumble upon this store. After having a bad experience with a seller on carousel, I looked for reliable phone resellers online. My need was an iPhone mini in good condition with some sort of warranty for my peace of mind.. I learnt that compasia don’t have a store in Singapore and mr mobile didn’t have what needed… I had almost given up till I went to the Myhalo store in Bugis.
At first I was hesitant, but the non pushy sales staff helped me find what I was after.
The quality of their phone was immaculate and one could tell they were serious about keeping only the best products. They weren’t trying to make a quick buck by turning high volumes. Instead they focussed on good quality and better margins.
I paid a good price, higher than other stores, but I’m glad I did as their product was like new. Will definitely recommend them and buy again. I also quite like their passion for recycling and building awareness around electronic waste. Well done and keep up the good work!

I purchased a HP EliteBook from MyHalo recently and am happy with it. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The laptop seems to serve me well for now and hope it will remain effective for a long time.

will highly recommend you NOT to deal with them. was liaising with them on Carousell regarding one of their smartphones and the personnel told me to come down to view the phone. As I was on my way down a few days later, they informed me that the colour i want was sold out, and when i reached, they told me other colours of the same model is not available at their shop and that it is at their warehouse. why did they call me down to view the phone if all stocks are not at their store? if they needed time to bring the stocks over, they should informed me beforehand. treating people like a fool and wasting people’s time. Strongly encourage to find another handphone store to deal with, their customer service is absolutely horrendous.

There's not a good trade in this store. My laptop is in good condition, together usage might not be over 60 days. While do trade in, the male worker told me that my laptop would not as value, might sold may be around $180, then he initially trade in price is $150 to me, at last the price reduce until $120, due to no screw. I didn't open it before and i also question mark on it. Then after a few weeks, I noticed the website placed my laptop for sale for $599, so I felt something was getting cheated although I accepted the deal.

I had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity on a keyboard.
JS and HS at the Bugis Junction outlet were most helpful in resolving it. They tried every means to troubleshoot and ultimately resolved it.
As there were no hardware or software issues, they said no payment was required.
They were very honest and genuine service staff.
Highly recommended!
