I highly recommend you do NOT deal with them. I was liaising with them on Carousell regarding one of their smartphones, and they told me to come down to view the phone. As I was on my way down a few days later, they informed me that the colour I wanted was sold out. When I reached, they then told me that other colours of the same model were not available at their shop and were instead at their warehouse. Why did they call me down to view the phone if they had no stock available at their store? If they needed time to bring the stock over, they should have informed me beforehand. This is treating people like a fool and wasting their time. I strongly encourage you to find another handphone store to deal with. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous.

I purchased an HP EliteBook from MyHalo recently and am happy with it. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The laptop seems to serve me well for now, and I hope it will remain effective for a long time.

I was lucky to stumble upon this store. After having a bad experience with a seller on Carousel, I looked for reliable phone resellers online. I was looking for an iPhone mini in good condition, with some sort of warranty for my peace of mind. I learned that Compasia doesn't have a store in Singapore, and Mr Mobile didn't have what I needed. I had almost given up until I went to the Myhalo store in Bugis.
At first, I was hesitant, but the non-pushy sales staff helped me find what I was after. The quality of their phone was immaculate, and one could tell they were serious about keeping only the best products. They weren't trying to make a quick buck by focusing on high volume sales. Instead, they focused on good quality and better margins.
I paid a good price, higher than other stores, but I'm glad I did, as their product was like new. I will definitely recommend them and buy again. I also quite liked their passion for recycling and building awareness around electronic waste. Well done, and keep up the good work!

Highly recommended if you need help with your devices. They are very helpful and friendly. I changed my phone battery here and faced some problems along the way. They tried their best to help, and when the promised return time was exceeded, they offered to send it to my home via LALAMOVE, nicely wrapped in a box and a recyclable bag.

Went in to buy a phone an hour before closing, and the transaction was fast and seamless. Taras, the person who assisted us, was very polite and helpful. The phone is in wonderful condition, and I'm very happy with my purchase. They also have a good sustainability initiative, as they take in old electronics to be recycled for parts. Even their packaging is made from recycled materials! I will definitely return!

Happily surprised by the service and products offered here. The staff were truly knowledgeable, able to demonstrate the good condition of refurbished and second-hand items. They offer a warranty for items sold. A large variety of handphones and laptops are available for ALL budgets. It really makes you wonder if you should buy new, when you can buy semi-new for half the price sometimes. I've gotten an ultra-high-end phone from two years ago for less than half the price of the newest version, in perfect mint condition. Highly recommend. Also, if you don't want to contribute to more e-waste, this place helps save working hardware from landfill.

There is no question this is one of the most reputable third-party HP and computer repair companies in Singapore. They have been around for a long time to earn their reputation. Friendly and prompt service. They proactively research ways to repair my laptop. However, as a third-party service, and to maintain cost-effectiveness, they tend to focus on resolving the immediate issue at hand rather than proposing a holistic repair. That works for me because my laptop is really old. Although the fix is good, it simply gets the job done. Reasonable price. Very prompt on WhatsApp for communication.
Recommend if you do not want to go back to an authorised service centre. For third-party repair, this is the best.
One big minus point in my experience is they used some special laptop glue for the repair that stained my laptop cover. Not removable even with Zippo fluid.
