Staff looked like they were drafted at gunpoint, zero energy, zero effort, zero clue. No engagement, no vibe, no reason to be there. This was supposed to be a brand experience? More like a brand embarrassment. Nike, if you’re not going to uphold your own global standard, maybe… don’t bother at all? If it’s too hard to train or brief your event crew, just play reruns of your ads and call it a day. Honestly, if this is what “Just Do It” means now, I’d rather “Just Don’t.”
