No engagement, no vibe, no reason to be there.
This was supposed to be a brand experience? More like a brand embarrassment.
Nike, if you’re not going to uphold your own global standard, maybe, don’t bother at all?
If it’s too hard to train or brief your event crew, just play reruns of your ads and call it a day.
Honestly, if this is what “Just Do It” means now, I’d rather “Just Don’t.”

I will not be visiting the Bugis store again. I bought a pair of Dunk Lows that were on offer. When I arrived home, I found them to be defective (where the shoe's flex point pressed and hurt my feet). So I reported the issue to Nike with all the necessary evidence and requested a one-to-one exchange. However, that request was rejected without any reason. I doubt I will be buying Nike anytime soon. They have lost a loyal customer.

After one of my three pairs of Nike sports socks, bought from Nike 10 years ago, wore out after extensive walking during my leisure trip to Korea, I replenished with another three pairs. The staff at the Bugis Junction store were friendly and knowledgeable when advising me on the size. However, I hope you will look into the viability of having support joints in the knitting of the socks. The breathable and not-too-thick material is good for the local hot and humid weather. Keep up the quality products.
