Not visiting the Bugis store again. Got a pair of dunk lows that was on offer. When I got home, I found it to be defective (where the flex point on the shoe presses and hurt my feet). So I reported it to Nike with all the necessary evidence and requested for an 1-1 exchange. But that request was rejected without any reason given. I doubt I'll be buying Nike anytime soon. They’ve lost a loyal customer.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received at your Bugis outlet today. Haslinah was especially helpful when I was eyeing a skirt displayed on the model. She kindly asked for my sizes and handed me two options to try on, which I appreciated. I was so pleased with the fit that I decided to purchase the skirt immediately! The entire experience was made even better by the welcoming attitude of the other staff members. It's clear that great customer service is a priority at your store, and I’m grateful for the assistance and friendly atmosphere. Thank you once again for making my shopping experience so enjoyable. I will definitely return!

After my 1 of my 3 pairs of Nike spprts socks bought 10 years ago from Nike was worn out after much walking during my leisure Korea trip, I replenished w another 3 pairs. The staff at its Bugis Junction store were friendly n knowledgeable in advising me the size. However, I hope you would look into the viability of having the support joints in the knitting of the socks. The breathable n not too thick material stays good for the local hot and humid weather. Keep up the quality products.

I recently purchased a pair of Nike Metcon 9 shoes from the Nike Bugis Junction store, and I would like to share the very positive experience I had with a team member named CT. Staff looked like they were drafted at gunpoint, zero energy, zero effort, zero clue. No engagement, no vibe, no reason to be there. This was supposed to be a brand experience? More like a brand embarrassment. Nike, if you’re not going to uphold your own global standard, maybe… don’t bother at all? If it’s too hard to train or brief your event crew, just play reruns of your ads and call it a day. Honestly, if this is what “Just Do It” means now, I’d rather “Just Don’t.”
