Not rude, but not friendly either. Showed signs of disinterest the moment I said no to the $88 bouquet of baby breath. I said no because I bought the same bouquet from this same shop last year at almost half the price. After that didn’t bother to talk to me about other flowers options available and basically shunned me so that I’ll leave.

Went down to get a bouquet for my mother's birthday. I regret not getting the name of the shopkeeper just now, because she was just the most lovely lady ever. She was all smiles when welcoming me to her shop. She even asked for the preferences of my mother and advised me on which bouquets she thought would work great as a gift. I chose one of the bouquets that she recommended. It had a daisy, 2 white roses, baby's breath and other beautiful filler flowers.
The bouquets were pretty reasonably priced, you can't expect something like this at a mall retail shop to be that cheap.
All in all, loved the shopkeeper, loved the price of the bouquets. Will support again if there ever is a need.

owner was very kind and knowledgable!
wanted to add baby’s breath to the bouquet, she advised on how the final result will look like + additional costs bc she will have to wrap from scratch. and this took about 30min.
was a little expensive, this bouquet cost $78, but expected since it was a retail shop in a mall.

The flowers charges are way too expensive. You can get it half price at other florist shop.

The owner was so friendly! I went to the store when she was about to close for the day but she still greeted me with all smiles. She was so nice and accommodating to my requests! She was really fast and professional. I love the bouquet she did, will definitely come back again if I need to get a fresh bouquet for someone!

I bought a singular rose for my now girlfriend from this shop on our second date. She thought it was fake because it was just absolutely perfectly maintained, it lasted a few days before it started showing signs of ageing. (With no water)
That singular big rose costed me $12(I think, it's been a month so I can't remember, all I remember is that it was pricy). Despite it being so beautiful, I still thought that it should cost less ($8?), especially because I'm not working.
The staff seems bored, but I'll chalk it up to just being tired. That's fine because we all need some rest, especially these days.
