The one-star ratings are unjustified. Flowers are fresh and beautiful, the selection is decent, and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely patronise again.

The store is very compact but lovely. Got myself a nice bouquet of baby's breath for a reasonable price. Shopkeeper was lovely as well. Good place to grab yourself a quick flower for any event :)

Here's the lightly edited review:
I bought a single rose for my now-girlfriend from this shop on our second date. She thought it was fake because it was so perfectly maintained. It lasted a few days before it started showing signs of aging (with no water).
That single, big rose cost me $12. (I think; it's been a month, so I can't remember the exact price, but I do recall it was pricey). Despite its beauty, I still thought it should cost less ($8?), especially since I'm not working.
The staff seemed bored, but I'll chalk it up to them being tired. That's fine; we all need some rest, especially these days.

Not rude, but not friendly either. They showed signs of disinterest the moment I said no to the $88 bouquet of baby's breath. I said no because I bought the same bouquet from this shop last year for almost half the price. After that, they didn't bother to talk to me about other flower options available and basically shunned me so that I would leave.

Went down to get a bouquet for my mother's birthday. I regret not getting the name of the shopkeeper, because she was the most lovely lady ever. She was all smiles when welcoming me to her shop. She even asked for my mother's preferences and advised me on which bouquets she thought would work great as a gift. I chose one of the bouquets that she recommended. It had a daisy, 2 white roses, baby's breath, and other beautiful filler flowers.
The bouquets were pretty reasonably priced. You can't expect something like this at a mall retail shop to be that cheap.
All in all, I loved the shopkeeper and the price of the bouquets. I will support them again if there is ever a need.

Very thankful they were open during CNY for us to get last-minute flowers and balloons for my sister's delivery. Helpful staff!

The owner was very kind and knowledgeable!
I wanted to add baby’s breath to the bouquet. She advised on what the final result would look like and the additional costs, because she would have to wrap it from scratch. This took about 30 minutes.
It was a little expensive; this bouquet cost $78, but that was expected since it was a retail shop in a mall.

The owner was so friendly! Even though I arrived at the store when she was about to close for the day, she still greeted me with all smiles. She was so nice and accommodating to my requests! She was really fast and professional. I love the bouquet she made, and I will definitely come back if I need a fresh bouquet for someone!
