I am utterly frustrated and disappointed with the appalling customer service at Skechers Bugis Junction. I tried calling the store more than 30 times over a period of two hours, and not once did anyone pick up the phone. The phone just rang out endlessly. No voicemail, no redirection, no courtesy—just complete silence. I completely gave up after that. I don’t think there is any amount of excuses can justify treating your customers like that.
Why bother listing a phone number if no one is going to answer it? Why spend so much on big advertising and flashy promotions if you can’t even manage the most basic level of customer service?
I had a simple enquiry to make before heading down, and this complete lack of response shows a clear disregard for customers' time and convenience. It's unacceptable for a major retail brand to operate this way, especially in such a central location.
I expected better from Skechers. Based on this experience, I’m now reconsidering whether to support a brand that can’t be bothered to even answer a phone call.
Do better, Skechers. This is not how you treat customers.

Lesson learnt. NEVER NEVER buy instore. By all means go to the store to check out the shoes BUT always buy online. There is no refund for instore purchase while online purchase enjoy free return/refund.

Went on 8 Dec to see Wu Chun for the official opening. Queued at 2pm outside shop and see you 4 plus the path was congested and security guard shouted at us to disperse (seriously after so long?!) But after some dispersed the crowd formed again. I believe a better job could be done at managing crowd for the of inviting so many influencers and the drinks+food inside. Subsequently passerby were rerouted. Some of the shoes and the green jacket looks really nice! Looking forward to visiting the shop
