I rarely write reviews on Google, but I would like to say that Sun Jie and Winnie are really the best go-to people to get your ear pierced.
They were patient and understanding, as I had a phobia from a previous incident. They were also really kind to explain the procedures to me, as well as the studs that would suit me well. They did not hard-sell me either, which I am super appreciative of.
Thank you for making this a really great experience for me. I really love my new piercings 💗

My girl had an ear piercing in June 2024, and it has been infected until now (2025). She went to see a doctor a few times for antibiotics. I informed the shop regarding her infection and that the 22k studs had tarnished. I asked for a refund, but unfortunately, I had thrown them away and was unable to show any proof of the studs for a refund. Now, both of my girl's ears are still infected. It's not worth going there for piercings; it is expensive.

The piercings were smooth and perfect! Most importantly, she was patient and gentle, which really put my girls at ease, although they did cry a bit. The whole process went very smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased about it. I would highly recommend.

I went to get my ears pierced at Stellar Bugis. I was initially afraid as I have a low pain tolerance. But the lady who helped me (I forgot to ask for her name) assured me that everything would be all right. It was a comfortable and smooth process, and I love the result. Many thanks, Stellar!

I had a fantastic experience getting my helix pierced! I was quite nervous about the pain, but Sun Jie, the store assistant who assisted me, was incredibly calming and reassuring throughout the entire process. To my surprise, the piercing was almost painless! Her professionalism and gentle approach truly made a difference. I’m beyond satisfied with both the service and the overall experience — definitely a 5/5. Highly recommend!

I had my ear pierced at the Bugis Junction outlet today. Sun Jie's service was great! She was very patient, explained the procedures, and discussed the position of the piercing with me to ensure I was fine with it before she proceeded. To my surprise, there wasn't much pain, and everything was done within seconds! I will be back for my next piercing!
