My girl did a ear piercing on jun 2024 and was infected till now (2025) went to see dr few time for antibiotics. Inform the shop regarding her infection and 22k studs tarnished. Ask for refund but unfortunately I thrown away unable to show any proof of the stud for refund. Now my girl both ears are infected till today. Not worth going there to pierce (expensive)

My girl had an ear piercing in June 2024, and it has been infected until now (2025). She went to see a doctor a few times for antibiotics. I informed the shop regarding her infection and that the 22k studs had tarnished. I asked for a refund, but unfortunately, I had thrown them away and was unable to show any proof of the studs for a refund. Now, both of my girl's ears are still infected. It's not worth going there for piercings; it is expensive.

She was very patient and explained to me on the procedures and discussed on the position of the piercing to ensure that I am fine with it before she proceed. To my surprise, not much pain and everything was done within seconds! I will be back for my next piercing!

I was quite nervous about the pain, but Sun Jie, the store assistant who assisted me was incredibly calming and reassuring throughout the entire process. To my surprise, the piercing was almost painless! Her professionalism and gentle approach truly made a difference. I’m beyond satisfied with both the service and the overall experience — definitely a 5/5. Highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews on Google but I would like to say that Sun Jie and Winnie are really the best go to people to get your ear pierced ! They were patient and understanding as I had a phobia on a previous incident. They were also really kind to explain to me on the procedures as well as the studs that would suit me well. They did not hard sell me as well which I am super appreciative of. Thank you for making this a really great experience for me, I really love my new piercings 💗

My friend and I enjoyed her service and the experience :) I did a helix piercing and Sun Jie was very careful and meticulous in explaining the procedure. We also observed her and her colleague working with two young girls before me and she was very enthusiastic and composed, keeping them calm and happy as best as she could :) Would totally recommend doing both earlobe and helix piercings with her. Note: Sun Jie is more fluent in Chinese so it would be good if you can speak the language!
