Manager Anna is knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended for a good customer service award. Cakes and matcha latte are delicious.

Nice renovation. It's been a long time since I last visited Bugis Junction. The open concept and different style seating are very creative. A good place for coffee and chilling out. However, the waiting time for my order on a Monday at 4 pm, with a small crowd, took more than 10 minutes. This is something I find very ridiculous. Service is too slow in that regard. They should greatly improve on this aspect. I'm not the only one who finds them slow; the customers who ordered before me also felt the same way.

Had a really bad service experience on Good Friday. It was peak hour, and many students were studying and exceeding the "very strict" 60-minute dine-in time limit. I had to wait for a table for quite a while. As the students slowly left for dinner, many more visible seats became available. A female staff member came and asked for our receipt to check the time I ordered, reminding us of the 60-minute dine-in limit and implying we should leave. This was despite a student who had been beside our table the entire time with his materials, and who had been there since I sat. This 60-minute dine-in rule is enforced selectively and only at your staff’s convenience.

Stopped here recently with friends. Ordered some drinks and a cheesecake to share. The ambiance is okay, but with lots of patrons walking all around and outside the cafe, it's hard to have privacy here. Drinks are normal, not particularly bad or tastier than other Coffee Bean cafes.

Despite being understaffed, the staff member who served me was very helpful and attentive when I asked about dairy-free options. She made sure to explain the potential dairy content in their products and what I should order if I was allergic or had lactose intolerance. Good service and hardworking staff.

We came here in the morning around 7:50 AM. The air conditioning in the mall didn't seem to be on, making it quite warm, even after breakfast. We came here and saw a breakfast deal for two for only $10+, so we decided to give it a shot. The breakfast portions were good, and the Spanish latte was sooooo tasty! I really meant it. The price was worth the value, and I would recommend this to everyone. It's a healthy breakfast option that isn't expensive and is better than most hawker food.

Wanted to visit Coffee Bean at Bugis Junction for coffee after lunch. I was carrying a large cup of Koi, and staff stopped me from entering, saying that no outside drinks are allowed. I promised not to drink my own drink, but was still denied entry. The restaurant was almost empty at that time. I told her that she was losing business, but she still denied my entry, saying that my drink might contaminate their food.

Comfortable seating space. I tried the new tea option, which has 2 flavors. It was really refreshing and perfect for quenching your thirst while resting after roaming around in scorching hot Singapore. They also have unique swing seats, which were sadly hogged by inconsiderate customers. A recommended spot to rest in Bugis Junction.

Breakfast was pretty good, to be honest. The Indian lady staff member manning the counters was friendly and helpful as well. All was good for my session here, and in fact, I found it to be pretty good. I'm not sure why there are lower reviews from others, though.

Heads-up: Good coffee and service, but don't linger too long! Stopped by Coffee Bean for a quick caffeine fix and was impressed by the friendly staff and smooth service. My drink came out fast and tasted great—no complaints there. The space itself is a bit tight, and even though there were plenty of empty seats, we were reminded of the 1-hour seating limit, which felt a bit rushed. Would love a bit more flexibility if it’s not busy, but overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick, quality coffee break.
