First time shopping here, staff Kai Ling (hope I got her name right) was super helpful! I was looking for a particular dress that was on sale and she dug it out for me to try. So glad I came down here - it's hard to find clothes that fit so I'm really glad I got to try it on! One thing to note is that all the dresses have different sizing, so it's best to check their measurements or try beforehand if you can.

As a long-time customer, my recent visit to The Stage Walk's Bugis outlet left me thoroughly disappointed. The experience was marred by unhelpful staff members. Multiple dresses slipped off their hangers due to their slippery texture, causing a rather chaotic and frustrating situation. What made matters worse was that two staff members were present and witnessed the mishap, yet they chose not to offer any assistance. Instead of taking proactive steps to help rectify the situation, they merely stood by and stared at us. This lack of initiative and poor customer service was truly disheartening, and it cast a shadow over what used to be a pleasant shopping experience at The Stage Walk.

I like the selection of dresses’ colours and design. Like to point out that as most dresses have zips behind and the dress cutting under the bust line, when I zip up till half way, I cannot continue zipping up till the end as that size I tried on is XL (because I got fleshy back). If 2XL, I can zip up till the end. Overall the shopping experience is satisfactory.

Purchased 2 items from their online store, but after 8 days, there has been no update on the shipping tracking number. Messaged them via email and Instagram to enquire about it, but received no response at all.

Here's the edited review: I like the selection of dress colors and designs. However, I'd like to point out that due to most dresses having back zippers and being cut under the bust line, when I tried on an XL, I could only zip it up halfway and couldn't continue all the way (because I have a fleshy back). If I had tried a 2XL, I believe I could have zipped it up all the way. Overall, the shopping experience was satisfactory.
