I used to visit and used to be the stage walk customer for so many years, but what disappointed me was the customer service. The staff lady was standing all the time in front of counter, doing nothing. I was asking her help to assist me for the correct size but she was totally ignoring me. Will not visit this outlet again.

not sure why but everytime i come to stagewalk bugis, this lady will always be working at this outlet, and always showing a blackest face. even in the morning, shop just started can show an unwilling happy face.. if u dont like to do sales / retail, facing customer, please go and do backend cleaning jobs , clean toilet etc.. dont need to show black face , purchase few items also never say thank you and just ask : member , handphone number , tap (for payment) thats all. lousiest choice of hiring staff… stagewalk! but still kudos for your quality of clothes

Multiple dresses slipped off their hangers due to their slippery texture, causing a rather chaotic and frustrating situation. What made matters worse was that two staff members were present and witnessed the mishap, yet they chose not to offer any assistance. Instead of taking proactive steps to help rectify the situation, they merely stood by and stared at us. This lack of initiative and poor customer service was truly disheartening, and it cast a shadow over what used to be a pleasant shopping experience at The Stage Walk.

Not sure why, but every time I come to Stagewalk Bugis, this lady is always working at this outlet, and always showing a black face. Even in the morning, when the shop has just opened, she can't even manage a forced smile. If you don't like to do sales/retail or face customers, please go and do backend cleaning jobs, clean toilets, etc. Don't need to show a black face. I purchased a few items, and she never said thank you, just asked: "Member?", "Handphone number?", "Tap (for payment)?". That's all. Lousiest choice of hiring staff, Stagewalk! But still, kudos for your quality clothes.

Their collection is really wonderful. The colors and the fashion is unique. They have a good professional attire collection too. The finishing and the materials of the products are really standard. Most of the dresses have a zipper in back which I like most, it gives a perfect fit on. I always love to check the new arrivals. Even though the shop is in a little space @bugis junction they have their collection and the staff service good. The prices are affordable and really worth the money. Also I have been purchased from online store and they have discounts at the same time price is bit less. Their delivery is super fast and that doesn’t cost much.

So glad I came down here - it's hard to find clothes that fit so I'm really glad I got to try it on! I like the selection of dresses’ colours and design. Like to point out that as most dresses have zips behind and the dress cutting under the bust line, when I zip up till half way, I cannot continue zipping up till the end as that size I tried on is XL (because I got fleshy back). If 2XL, I can zip up till the end. Overall the shopping experience is satisfactory.

Here's the edited review: I like the selection of dress colors and designs. However, I'd like to point out that due to most dresses having back zippers and being cut under the bust line, when I tried on an XL, I could only zip it up halfway and couldn't continue all the way (because I have a fleshy back). If I had tried a 2XL, I believe I could have zipped it up all the way. Overall, the shopping experience was satisfactory.
