We ordered deliveroo for 2 sharing platters and 5 snacks- after waiting for 40 minutes they only passed the 5 sticks of snacks to rider who did not realize it. Rider went back to check after that and turns out they did not prepare the platters at all! Very bad service.

The smaller local curry puff chain. Nice spicy yet crispy curry puff! The impossible rendang is decent, u won’t be able to tell it’s not real minced beef

the staff at the airport is worst.. organization leadership and HR has issue. they will close down soon. lost cusotmer based..

Staff should know How to pass money to customer !not just put it the balance on the table thats rude tho!chinese lady staff wearing cap your service is so bad not say thank you also!please be Happy with your job!

This chain store doesn’t seem to have consistency. This Bugis outlet always hire staff that do not bother about customers. Not attentive. Always have to call them to the counter. Also the curry puffs always not available after 6pm, which is like hours away from closing. If available, usually cold. Todays curry puff was warm though and the first time I manage to buy one after going there 3 times. Compass Point outlet staff attentive and the food is always warm.

This eatery is notorious for its bad service. The food is mediocre, but the service is extremely atrocious. The service staff should just leave their jobs and go elsewhere if they feel this isn't what they want to do. The treatment they have dished out to the patrons is painful to watch. So, patrons, you have been warned to stay away from this joint unless you enjoy being humiliated or treated with disrespect!

This chain store doesn’t seem to have consistency. This Bugis outlet always hires staff that do not bother with customers and are not attentive. I always have to call them to the counter. Also, the curry puffs are always unavailable after 6 PM, which is hours away from closing. If available, they are usually cold. Today's curry puff was warm though, and it was the first time I managed to buy one after going there three times. The Compass Point outlet staff are attentive, and the food is always warm.

Staff should know how to pass money to the customer, not just put the balance on the table. That's rude, though! To the Chinese lady wearing a cap: your service was so bad, and you didn't even say thank you! Please be happy with your job!
